Great to see the Hawkinsville Claim Jumpers put on an event like this, what a great way to introduce new shooters and families to our sport. Thanks for bringing us along to see the fun!
Shared on MY FB page too. And you nudged me over the top too. I'm waiting on my new alias and badge number. I'll either be Kriss P Bacon or Hardcase Hardin.
+Hayseed Homestead - I sure do appreciate you sharing the video. I make these videos to get the word out to folks, so thank you for helping. Kriss P Bacon 😂 That is awesome! Be sure to tell those fine folks at SASS Headquarters where you heard about the sport and what drove you to signin’ up (JED iTV).

@@JEDiTV ...Haha. Don't know how I missed this one? Thought I had watched every video on your channel? This was a good one. Hope you're doing well up there in Washingtonia.
Crawling before walking I understand safety but There is No Safer Place Than a Holster.. Why would you lay pistols in a table? Why are you baby stepping these people TEACH THEM RIGHT Holster not laying on a table..
Well, perhaps they didn’t have holsters or no one had a belt that would fit them or it’s quicker to process more shooters through if they’re not being put in and out of leather. Personally, I (and several other trained Range Officers) don’t see an issue with laying a revolver on a table, barrel pointed down range, where it can be seen rather than having a new person attempt to fit a revolver into a holster when they are already nervous. There is a lot that could go wrong holstering a revolver… But, obviously by your “TEACH THEM RIGHT” statement you figured out something that the rest of us haven’t 🤷♂️ Congratulations.
