Introduction to Tastes from a Tiny Kitchen: Carrot & Coriander Soup  

This is the first in a mini series of videos which show cooking in a tiny tiny kitchen!
The challenge is real!
Today I show you inside the tiny kitchen, before showing you how to make a hearty warming Carrot and Coriander Soup.
I've used ingredients which have all been sourced using budget methods such as Too Good to Go and Yellow Stickers.
Recipe:
Carrots
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
chopped fresh Coriander
1/2 teaspoons of salt, cumin and turmeric
Method:
Chop all ingredients and place in slow cooker.
Cover with water and heat on low for 5 to 6 hours or until all vegetables are soft
Leave to cool slightly
Add vegetables to a blender and blend until smooth/pureed
Add the puree back to the stock remaining in the slow cooker pot and stir in
reheat and serve.
Goes well with crusty French bread 🥖
