I wrote to Pard about this and the response I got said the quick release ring will be on units shipped in March. I don’t know why they didn’t have it ready when they first started shipping. 😕

Hi, I just purchased this. I was hoping you might be able to answer a question…when I turn mine on, the blue power light flashes on and off instead of staying a constant blue (even with a fully charged battery). Is that how it’s supposed to work, or does that sound like a problem? The unit works fine too.
Whats the wire on top of the battery lid? Can it be remove or is that wire sending power to the device. I know the original 007s does not have a wire sticking out.
I'd like to know the answer to this too. Of course, 'high' is subjective and the width is likely important too. Perhaps trying is the only way to be sure. I'll see what the dealer says. Also considering the Sytong HT-88 if I don't want the range finder. Pricey equipment.
@@josefhaber4675 I guess you've seen the video where the turret blocks the LRF on his scope? Looks like slightly larger turrets than mine though. I hope the LRF works well. My other one doesn't always give a reading from the grass.
