Yá'át'ééh! Welcome to the Tribe of Testimonies! A place where you can find conversations with faithful Native American members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This episode is your introduction to me-Andrea Hales. I'll give you a life sketch of me and why I've created this podcast. My geneology family has many Fathers and Mothers that are children of Lehi. Thank you so much for making these pod casts , and to those who are sharing their stories. I hear You and I see You , I love you Sisters and Brothers of the Creator.

I’m so glad you got these on RU-vid!!! I was searching for it and didn’t find it. My father served with the Navajo on his mission and I had Navajo aunts and uncles who were foster students in my grandparent’s home. I also had a few foster siblings myself from the res. I am so excited to hear these. Thanks for being brave.

Hello, Andrea! I saw your interview on Saints Unscripted and immediately subscribed to your channel. First off, thank you so much for following the promptings of the Holy Ghost. The subject of the Gospel in native tribes in The States is special to me, and I hope to many others. Lastly, I am excited to hear what your podcast exhibits. I look forward to this new channel!

Thank you for the encouragement. I have been posting audio-only podcasts for over three years now. I literally was getting my audio files transferred into RU-vid as the Saints Unscripted episode went live. I'm pretty sure that it was meant to happen like this.

Also, you need to see if you can do an interview with Traditional Navajo Teachings channel. He is a member of the Church and has done a lot of explaining the traditions. I love his channel and he’s a friend of my grandpa.

@@TribeofTestimonies my father passed 1 1/2 years ago, and hearing these tribal stories makes me feel like he’s near me and with me listening in. So thank you. These brought peace to my heart listening to them today.
