You should work on for couple of points in your VIDAA OS : 1. This OS has lots of bugs bev9of that the OS hang frequently. 2. Lots of bloatware apps pre installed in this TV. You should provide a uninstall options also. 3. You should push the update for the bugs atleast every quarter. 4. You must work on popular apps instead of to increase the number of apps in your VIDAA OS. 5. You should also work on popular TV games because the game in this OS is very phathetic. 6. Also you should remove the duplicate apps. I have seen 1 apps with different names the number is more then 20. 7. The free content is not good, so you should work on quality instead of quantity.

A solid Anti-Virus app is paramount in any tech that connects to the Internet and TV's are known to have weak security built in, opening up your network and every device connected to your home router vulnerable! I make sure to connect my TV to Guest mode on my router to prevent any for of malware spreading to other connected devices on my network
I am really impressed with support here in the Netherlands! It has all local free streaming services while they arent even on most providers settopbox!

Yeah, some models do come out with Disney+ pre installed, I get that. But the point I am making is the fact that I just purchased a Top of the range QLED 4K HDR Dolby Vision, etc.... Only to find that there are far cheaper models of Hisense TV's supporting Disney+ ! Like seriously, how does that make any sense? Samsung also have cheaper models offering the same features and ALL the apps I mentioned in my first comment come pre-installed.

sorry I dont like it - main reason is because there is nothing i can do to customise the apps to just show the ones i want to use. I get why there is so much bloat - you get paid to put it there, but you should do something so i can not have them in my face.

Vidda Tv OS is excellent. I thought like you when I first bought the tv with the os but later realised TVs should really use this OS if their hardware is not capable of Androidtv OS. I like this OS as it's trying to compete with Android also. Edit: fuck this Os, my biggest disappointment I bought vidaa tv
It cannot compete with a Tech Giant like Android, not even close! Samsung's Tizen operating system is even decades ahead of Vidaa! No Spotify, No Apple Music Along with MANY other popular applications! I will never purchase or recommend any TV running Vidaa!
Everyday, I regret wasting usd1000 on Hisense! Am just using it for NEWS and reverted back to a small chinese TV . This Vidaa isn't value for money at all. Unless you only stream content. But you cant access your personal external disk files without issues!!!
