@drasha , ,,etco2 would hv been relevant in anatomically difficult airway where esophageal intubation can occur Here we are taking about physiologically difft airway ...and looking at factors like hypoxia, hupotension etc

Yes I have seen again,he talked about eso intubation. I had forgotten. Well he has not mentioned, that is his choice of presentation. Probably he thought etco2 would be known to all. And I think most know about it. However I agree with u it's not practised in Indian icus to any gr8 extent and we should be trying to get this going. It wl lead to better results. I at the same time am surprised at your comment that I should imbibe this in my icu-1) u hv never worked with me 2)I am trying to spread and promote best of academics Do u think that is mature comment
