Nice presentation sir.. sir talked about crrt with saline flush. Wont it cause volume overload, sepsis predispose, venous filter clot? how you doing heparin free crrt in your hospital sir.??
volume overload can be taken care of by removing the fluid by crrt , sepsis incidence is not increaed and filter risk has to be balanced with systemic bleed risk . most units in alf do crrt without AC in ALF . See and Bellomo Crit Care (2021) 25:1 doi.org/10.1186/s13054-020-03448-7
