Pike is an invasive species and enemy of the native trout so any chance to catch and cook an invasive species we are actually doing the lake a favor. Hey brother, I watch your channel often. I would love to see you do a survival challenge in the ozarks in missouri. We have the Mark twain National Forest. The Mark Twain is full of beautiful wilderness, and all the rivers are clear and sping fed. Im always out in the forest, either hunting fishing or riding sxs with buddies. I would love for you to experience the beauty and peacefulness of this beautiful part of the states that a lot of people dont know about.

when amos was talking about the ice cream, he made me think of 2 of my best friends. their dad is from mexico, and his mother came with him when he moved here 20+ years ago, and their cooking is VERY pure. raw ingredients all the time, including spices. we even have a small mexican grocery near my house that hand-makes tortillas every morning, both wheat and corn. it smells amazing in the store when they have the ovens fired up! and he's right. because its pure raw ingredients, it is very different, and much better IMO. PRO TIP on flipping the tractor over, move the handlebars to halfway between folded and running position, and use them as a lever over your shoulder.

I’m so glad my stepdad was such a huge advocate for eating well generally without such a huge focus on specific diets. It’s helped me stay fit and healthy while some of the people in my life have developed health issues.

“What a crappie dinner”….😂😂😂. Excellent series, thx for sharing. My mother’s family is from the Maine, so we would have our family reunions there every few years in Old Orchard. Loved the people, the lobsters, the fishing, as well as the steamed clams, but damn the water was way too cold. My uncle owned a marina and would take us water skiing, the water being being so cold was such an incentive to stay up….lol. I’ve been a Fowler fan for quite awhile, really enjoy your enthusiasm for the outdoors. I’m old now and my health no longer allows me to do some of the things you’re doing, so I’m living vicariously through your adventures. 😂😂😂😂

G'day Zac, quick tip for uprighting the snow dog. Just like picking up a dropped motorcycle. Have your back to the snowdog, crouch down, grab the side rail, straight arms and lift with your legs. Great vids of you and Amos. Keeping track of Greg too, down here in Oz.

I can tell you guys are still hungry when you're picking tiny pieces of fried bits off the skillet! LoL Just cook more fish! I love this Italian series called The Dinner Party! Check it out please. They kept partying and drinking and then went back in the kitchen and started cooking again just simple pasta with butter garlic and chili paste and it was delicious and then they kept on partying. Lol

Milk production in Canada isn’t really any better , Amos is being more accurate than a lot of people would think. I worked in a dairy for three years & some things I saw seriously shocked me.

i heard that whole blood and pus thing was fake, and while im sure there is negligible trace amounts, i think that people misunderstand or some (like vegans) even come up with stuff to get people off milk. im not sure who exactly but i think it was @iowadairyfarmer that did a video on that and disproved/explained it or something. also i did some work at many dairy farms so im curious as to what your experience was (what stuff shocked you). also from canada too haha!
