Hello, great video. I have a gn162430x - 5645512900 Inverter PCB. Is there a way to start it manually? My compressor seems to be fine, just there is no volatage output at the UVW pins. thank you
Thank you for all you done I seen your mother board trouble shooting is a near place where to buy New mother board of Samsung inverter how much cost most client rush to fix.
Please I like the way you explain things, am a Technician in refrigeration and air conditioning and also washing machine aspects but sir I have little problem with HITACHI twin refrigerator, The compressor will start and goes off immediately please may I know the courses of this problem . Emmanuel.
Well dear I could not say anything this way, But if this refrigerator has a PCB board, it could be faulty, Check for a lose wiring connections, check the compressor, the relay. If everythings ok, If it has a PCB, Then the PCB board could be bad. Let me know then.
Thanks 4 the uvw tester im using it its effective if u can i would like u to explain winding of washing machine motor and how to know the truns of the burned coil and the other thing is this week i bought fixit ic programmer please make some videos how to install the fixit programmer software on pc and where to find the programs
Good information friend but I don't get any part to replace on that board but I saw a video on tube some guys run the invertor compressor with acopositor 4uf and 220 vote can it work thanks God bless 👍
Yes, testing a 3-phase motor on single phase power 'can' be done, in certain circumstances (with a capacitor sized properly for the motor being tested). BUT, the power will be badly unbalanced, and power factor and currents will be way off from safe design ratings. (another words, the current through the windings will not match, will likely be excessive, and the timing of the current flow will be out of sync - it will be 'out-of-step' with the rotation!). [also, if you phase it wrong, the motor WILL run backwards... It may run fine, but not oil itself!] This almost always will create excess heating of the motor, quickly overloading it. You could possibly burn it out in minutes! Test it this way only long enough to determine that it is rotating and producing flow and pressure (like a few seconds to half a minute). -To confirm that the motor can run... Then find the other reason the motor is not getting proper power. Mr K L
The voltage on the 220v compressor reads only 150v coming from the inverter of Electrolux freezer-fridge, what do you think seems to be the problem, can it be on the inverter module or on the main module? I'm a DYI'er
Your explanation is very helpful 💯👍🏾. Please would you please kindly help me out with a Cubigel Compressor - NUT125FSC is not working and it's PCB green led light blinking and my colleagues were assuming that the compressor is faulty due to voltage changes during startup and compressor not cut in.
If you have the inverter connected normally, except for the female connectors that connect to the compressor windings, once the unit is plugged in what voltage should you expect to see from the female connector on any lead to another? My condenser fan will power on but the compressor will not. Resistance is good on every winding, no short to ground. Power from the female connector that goes to compressor reads 14VAC applied. I believe the inverter is the issue
I have a inverter fridge 30 cubic 5 yrs ago it just stop cool. My technician said I need a compressor and Control Board. I am in Carribbean I buy it at pc Richard USA. I am learning you explain it so good I understand very well.
One question, I'm testing an LG inverter compressor like you did in this video and the compressor start and everything's ok, but the discharge is too weak, it's because doesn't has refrigerant or the compressor is not good?
Very good video. I learned a lot! Only mentioning some minor technical, or translation errors so that no one gets confused: @3:30 Just to clarify, the inverter board generates "3-phase" AC power, in the vicinity of 230VAC [not DC]. @TheNYgolfer also posted this already - thank you. I'm not sure what he is showing in the drawing of a board output waveform, but there are many excellent diagrams of 3-phase power on the internet. As he drew that, it would represent a single phase (of the three). [It also slopes 'backwards in time' at one place, but it is hand drawn. I just didn't understand what aspect he is illustrating.] @4:45 To clarify, he is using 240VAC, not DC, to power the board. Brown is more properly referred to as 'hot' or 'live', and not 'positive', which is misleading and can be confused with DC where the term 'positive' actually means 'positive' DC polarity. [I also came across someone calling the live as 'phase', and the other as neutral.] He has 240VAC showing on his meter, but refers to it as 220V; doesn't matter -they rate them for 220V-240V input anyway. [What country are you in fine sir?] I only mention it because I have had some people get confused by voltage ratings... 1:40 3:09 3:57 Mr K L
