This sounds Great do they also LEND to help people get their own solar projects?

Is this available outside the us? I am based in the uk

They are building Community Solar in Weirton, West Virginia. This is a city about 45 miles west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania which is fairly north in the country.

It would be great to see this available in Canada

live next to two giga watt city in ark, US dept of energy says will supply 80 million homes with power. 26 thousand residents in county, little over 3 million in state, electric bills in said city went up, making residents hate solar. where's the power and or money? oh by the way it is owned by the city is city light and power, what's wrong with this picture
