doesn't need a season 3 tbh, only story is what Sam gets up to and maybe a new case in Meicho for Jake, but seems reasonable not to renew it. Great closure in "The endgame"
@@JJ_196Season 2 ended in which they could go either way which was done purposely obviously. I think this will get a third season considering how good of a show this was. I actually liked season 2 better then the 1st. They could take this in soo many directions moving forward. But If they decide too end it then that's fine as well.
Blasphemous! We definitely need more. When you watch Tokyo Vice, you'll quickly realize it's not just a show-it's a journey through Japanese culture with some ying and yang sprinkled in. A TV masterpiece that will have you saying Konnichiwa to the screen! Especially here in the West where wokeness has corrupted everything...
Tokyo Vice season 2 is so good in my opinion . A big step up in the rigth direction for the future of the show , if it get renew for another season , I hope season 3 happens , because this season was peak tv content 🔍🔍🔍🔍🔍 .
When you mix deep cultural insight with captivating storytelling, you get Tokyo Vice. It's like a really good sushi roll of values, principles, and ying-yang that always leaves you satisfied!
Tokyo Vice is a true television masterpiece that deserves more recognition. It's truly underrated but loved by a loyal cult following. Season 3, we're ready and waiting for you! Let's keep the excitement and thrill alive! #TokyoVice
I finished watching Tokyo vice season 1 years ago and completely forgotten about it. And the when i saw the news of season 2 i was so excited. I fall in love with the show and the characters in it. I hope i won’t have to stay another years for the season 3 (If there will be one)
I hope there is a 3rd season, this show is so underrated. The production team, the actors and everybody involved should be proud of themselves for the end result. One of the best shows on TV right now, it clearly deserves more recognition.
Season 2 was a significant step up in quality from the first season of which I really liked. Between this and Shogun, we are eating good with Japanese stories on television. I don’t know if there could be a season 3 made for this series but if there is, I will be there.🙏🏻
I agree, and I feel like the FX Shogun and Tokyo Vice are great companion shows each excellent made Japan centric dramas that share dome similar themes despite taking place 4 centuries apart
Both series were awesome and Sato was my favourite character I shouted at the telly when he got stabbed at the end of the first series and was anxiously waiting for the second one
SPOILERS- there's not a single bloodshed in the whole episode (just pure build up through drama), until the end of the man that deserves it! LOVE THIS SHOW MAN!....
Great series! I really appreciated how well they managed to tie up most of storylines in the last episode. That being said, why aren't there any subtitles for the Japanese actors in this video?
Hello HBO or Max, I have a problem when I want to watch a series, what happens is that some episodes do not appear or are repeated several times. I wanted to ask what I did to solve that problem.
They really outdid themselves with season 2. I would be okay if it ended here. What could they do in season 3? Sato, Katagiri and Jake vs idkkkk the Triads? Samantha opening up her club back only with the season ending with both of them heading home to the Usa, Misako maybe with Jake? I feel like there is not much to write to make a good 3rd season. The real Jake Adelstein this was based peaked here. All in all, I really enjoyed this, apart from anime with tv and movies being pushy woke crap, I can not remember the last time I was this attached to a tv show. I know it is a different concept, but it is also Japanese. Try "Alice in Borderland". Thank me later.😊
It's a shame and a disservice to these amazing, top tier actors that Max cannot seem to be bothered to embed subtitles so that non-Japanese speaking audience can understand their perspective in interviews like this. You would think that would be top priority for a show that is, after all, based in Japan with primarily a full Japanese cast. Do better Max.
No subtitles for the Japanese speakers, and CC mistakenly labels Tozawa's number two as Tozawa. Put ten more minutes into prepping this clip... Also, I find it funny that Asians have historically been made fun of for their pronunciation of R's and L's, meanwhile Katagiri is continually pronounced as "Kah-tah-GEAR-ee". =)
