Sure, glad to explain but I really think it’s not very important and shouldn’t stop you. The koko is you now have an idea of what the investment is about. You lending to the government ….face value is what your investment is worth. Discount value is what you actually pay for it. It’s less than face value. Custody fee is the charge.
