Day Eight coverage of ILW warbonds.
TLDR: Carrack is new, Retaliator, Saber Firebird WB CCU and lots of concept ships are available. Additional warbond stand-alone ships and vehicles are in the store as well. Retaliator Modules are in the Add-Ons section of the store.

The only good one in my opinion is the Hull D, if you are planning a CCU Chain for this IAE then I think you are safe. Beyond that I don't know, but I suspect the Hull D won't be in work for at least 2 years because the huge amount of cargo and the instability to the economy with it give us a while before it will be in production and therefore increased in price.

The Hull D can work if you are completing a chain this year. That would make sense. If holding though I would not recommend it.

I just recommend get every warbond discount you can, worry about how to chain them up later. worst case you can always melt them and buy ships. as far as Tali mods... i'm waiting on what I call the Motor Home

Yes modularity is great instead of buying full ship + module to buy only module but that's questionable if they will do that for all ships because they won't be able to sell more ships... it's almost like... being able to custom color our ships possible promised assured it's coming yet 12years later still feature is blocked unavailable and they are selling skins instead... so ... I would like to see modules for hornet (one that make cargo, other stealth etc.. ) but they already teased and hinted after they remove MK1 they will replace it with MK2 so ... again they can make modules but from latest news seems like they will keep blocking modules behind ship sale as a combo... :((

Hey, as long as they hold true to "everything besides super rare one off things can be bought in game" I am ok with it. Just need to work on my patience for the game to get there!

It's a good CCU if your pushing for the pers or Polaris.

Well, I pulled the trigger too fast and got the Hull D to Carrack. I’m not sure I want the Carrack, but FOMO! I’d lean more towards the Ironclad, so anxiously awaiting tomorrow!

On a second note, keep in mind you should probably grab a non-warbond CCU TO your HullD to lock in it's price. Otherwise you may be in a situation where you have Hull-D to Carrack but you need to get something like M2 to Hull-D AFTER it increases in price to use that WB CCU from the HUL-D to the Carrack. This would certainly lose you money on that set of links. If you pick up the M2-HullD you lock in that $30 price even if, or especially if the Hull-D hits a higher pricepoint than the Carrack.

Here's the thing. If you are going to the Ironclad it will be more money, possibly, from the Carrack than it may be from the HullD. That's my only concern for the HullD to Carrack WB right now. So here are the scenarios. HullD increases $40 on release. You are good to go from the Carrack to whatever comes next and all is well. You spent $10 and it's a $10 non-warbond CCU when the price increases. S2 = Hull D price raises to $600. You spent $10 to do a horizontal CCU with no value add. You lost $10 but have an option for the next chain I guess S3 = HullD increases to a higher price than $600. Let's say $625. Seems high but larger increases have happened. You spent $10 to get a lower priced ship and now you also have a larger span to hit the next CCU link in the chain.

The Saber Firebird and Retaliator WB CCU should be available until the end of Invictus. The others are only live for a day.

Hey something I noticed, you haven't really been touching on the concept ships for all of ILW. As an example the Triage and Medivac are both in the store the whole week and they are on concept. The Crucible and Liberator arrived in the store this week and they are concept. The legionnaire is in the shop for $120, and it's concept. I got a $10 CCU from the Galdius Valiant -> Legionnaire, and the Gladius Valiant had a warbond CCU earlier in the week. Also the firebird works as a CCU to the Zeus MK2 MR - which CIG has stated is the only Zeus not being released this year. I am banking on those concepts going up in price (which is obviously not guaranteed - but seems likely). Just curious if you are skipping them to focus on just the warbond ccus instead of speculating? I know there is some speculation already - where for instance in this video you talk about the Hull-D being a bad option because it's VERY likely to go up in price.

Certainly not trying to tell you how to do your videos, was more trying to confirm my thinking of what to look for in the sales, has some validity and I'm not just shooting dollars into the wind, so to speak. I appreciate the response and I look forward to your videos! I actually can't wait for tomorrows video (I'm hoping you do one) when the "Ironchad", as Jared dubbed it today, is up for sale. Thank you for your hard work and interactions like this to show you're actually reading these haha.
