It’s my 7th day wearing my Invisalign aligners i believe on the 5th day I developed saliva bubbles on my front teeth . I also realized for the top and bottom aligners I can push the aligners slightly down or up against my teeth to where it worried me that the aligners were not snuggled in as the first day. I will be honest out of the 22 hours i averaged about 21 hours these past 6 days except for yesterday. The 2nd picture you demonstrated is exactly what I’m experiencing, today is the day I’m supposed to go into my 2nd tray, I’m thinking of doing so tonight but Hesitant that they won’t fit either and i will mess up my process
Hey Cesar! Yeah, it sounds like your teeth aren’t tracking. If you’re wearing your aligners about 21 hours a day I’d suggest trying to increase your wear time to hit that 22h goal and if you’re still experiencing issues then speak to your orthodontist. I know some teeth are just more stubborn in general, but if you’re seeing gapping on a lot of the teeth then there may be a problem. That being said, it could even just be your teeth getting used to being moved so I wouldn’t fret too much right now. Sending good vibes your way! 💙
Thanks Rose! I really appreciate the support 🥰 to be honest I haven’t been doing much differently. For the past few months I was using the Toms of Maine charcoal toothpaste though, and I think that helped 😋
I would love some advice if that's okay I received my invisalign about 3 days ago and I have to wait until tray 4 for attachments but my top trays are loose what do I do?
I’d be glad to help! Where are they loose exactly? If it’s on your very back molars and they pop up a bit there, that’s normal. It’ll take your teeth a little while to shift where the Aligners want them, especially if this is your first set of trays. If they’re loose all around/to the point where they don’t stay in there might be another problem
Hmm, that’s odd. Have you tried chewies? They’re little foam or soft plastic things that you can bite down on to help fit your Aligners snugly on your teeth. I’d suggest calling your orthodontist though. Although looseness over the back molars is normal, I don’t believe the trays being loose in the front is
I never ended up using chewies, but I kind of wish I had. Sounds like they’re very useful! I Hope your journey goes smoothly and you have the most amazing results! 💙

I have gaps between two front teeth, have been using aligners for over two months and have noticed that one of front teeth has gone a bit slanted like bottom is moving and root is not, is this normal?
I wouldn’t worry about it just yet. Usually it takes a while for a tooth to be moved to where it needs to be. If anything you can definitely voice your concerns with your orthodontist
Hey Nida, it’s actually pretty common for lateral incisors to be stubborn. I didn’t end up having to go back any trays though. My ortho took a look, gave me a chewie, and told me to keep a close eye on it. I would double check whenever I put my Aligners back in to make sure they were properly seated over that tooth and it all worked out in the end 😋
Hey appreciate you and your videos Just have a question about your teeth and whether you think you’ve seen any differences in cleanliness due to brushing more every day
Thank you so much, Talvin! ❤️ I’ve definitely seen a difference since starting Invisalign! My dentist has even complimented me on it at my most recent checkup which was pretty awesome 😋
Hey! I haven’t noticed any new spaces recently other than my overjet. I’m on tray 32/35 so I doubt I’ll be seeing any more pop up between now and the end of my treatment 😊
@@Shilique hmmm ok. I started my treatment in nov, I have a total of 24 trays. Currently on tray 9. I haven’t seen my dentist due to having covid back in Jan so I hope everything is moving as it should 🤣 I have an appt at the end of this month so I hope to hear good news.
Fingers crossed for you, girl! And although I haven’t had any recent gaps,!there were quite a few that formed near the beginning of my treatment. I think it’s normal if you’re fixing crowding since the have to start by making space for the teeth to move into 😋
