The Institute of Operational Risk has hosted an interactive webinar on making firms operationally resilient using operational risk management (ORM) to meet regulatory expectations and build more resilient organisations. The webinar has been chaired by Andrew Sheen, an ex-regulator involved in shaping the original Basel approach to Operational Risk, which he has since put into practice in the financial services industry at several organisations and in an advisory role.
The webinar featured several speakers, including current practitioners and advisors with many years of experience in the field, providing guidance and insights on using ORM to build operational resilience.
