Here's a tutorial to jailbreak your 32-bit iOS 9.3.x devices!
Supported Devices: Any A5 or A6 device (iPhone 4s, 5, 5c, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Mini 1st Gen, iPod Touch 5th gen, etc).

Yeah, what happened was A: I found out that my laptop absolutely cannot handle 4k video, so it will be 1080p still (but much higher quality 1080p) B: My video editing software wouldn't let me export 4k for whatever reason. Not sure why.

Nah. I don’t know of any good editing software for it and editing on a touchscreen sounds like a nightmare. I use DaVinci Resolve on my laptop

Enero 2024, para llegar al icono de Jailbreak hay que ir a un símbolo con forma de maletín que está arriba en 6to. lugar o a los 3 puntitos abajo a la derecha. Ahí, última fila, 4ta. columna das click a un icono en forma de candado con una flechita para arriba y todo como dice el video. Una vez instalado el Phoenix en mi iPad3 con IOS 9.3.6 lo tuve que hacer correr como 3 ó 4 veces hasta que instaló el Cydia. Vamos todavía!

The quality will be a lot better, but 4k just isn’t going to work, my laptop can’t handle 4k editing. This video was a slideshow in the editing software and it only let me export in 1080p for whatever reason anyway.

Sadly I’m in a sticky situation. I have an iPhone 5c running iOS 9.2.1 and I want to jailbreak it to just get some old games. I /could/ update it to iOS 10 to get some easier jailbreak support but I hate iOS 10’s changes. Just a bit unlucky I guess.

You could try this from the browser: jailbreak.me (It’s from the official jailbreak subreddit charts, it’s legit). Or Home Depot: wall.supplies Don’t like this one as much as it’s trying to push a mixtape player on you, but it’s also a legit tool. Haven’t tried either myself as I don’t have any 32 bit devices on that version.

All kinds of things. Install tweaks to theme it up a bunch. Sideload IPA files. Dual-boot iOS 6, 7 or 8. Plenty of options!

I am a really nervous guy when it comes to jailbreaking. First off I semi bricked a iPod Touch by using a PC tool, and then I found out in the comments of a video that when sometimes when Cydia is opened with the Phoenix jailbreak, it turns the device off and doesnt make it turn back on. So I am thinking Polaris is the safest method for me. I really hope this is true, I'm getting an iPhone 4s soon..

There is like a 0.001% chance of this happening. It would take a freak occurrence. In nearly all cases, if something does go wrong, it can be fixed with an iTunes restore

Nope. There are supposedly ways to somewhat bypass that but I don’t know a thing about them and a lot of scams are out there so if you look into it just be careful

I found a way using personal hotspot from my main phone, the jailbreak iphone wouldn't load anything connected to my wifi, but connected to personal hotspot with cellular data, it was able to download packages

been struggling with this one on my iPod touch 5 gen, p0laris won't stop crashing every time I try, just like it happened to you in this video the first attempt. also tried with phoenix, blizzard, home depot, all of them crash and don't seem to be able to complete the process no matter how many times I try lol.

How long are you waiting after startup before trying? Try leaving it ON at the Home Screen for 5 whole minutes and then try. If this still doesn’t work, try restoring the device to factory settings in iTunes and then try again.

@@3lectr1c factory resetting seems to have worked and the device is jailbroken BUT cydia just instantly crashes when I try to open it lmao this is frustrating

when i run polaris on the phone, cydia doesnt show up. i have an iphone 4s on ios 9.3.6 Is there any way to see if tis jailbreaked or not?

It can sometimes fail on the first try. Run the program again, make sure the device has been powered on for a few minutes first as well.

@@3lectr1c So i got it working, had to reset my phone and i got cydia. So just making sure I understood correctly... Every time i reboot the phone I need to re run p0laris jailbreak Every 7 Days or more, I need to go on my computer and use sideloadly to reinstall p0laris and do the jailbreak. is this correct? Also, the sources fail to update for some reason "Someindex files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead." I removed ultrasnow as well

Nope, maybe 0.01% change of something going catastrophically wrong enough to brick a device, but 99.9% chance if something does go wrong, an iTunes restore will fix it

Lol, a dust collector, so funny name for "vintage" devices huh.:D My "dust collector " is actually lying without dust in a box and it's iPad 3rd generation with iOS 7.1.1 + untethered JB there on it, as well as tens of legacy games and apps:)
