Thanks for the video. Looks like a job better for a professional to repair. I know I would mess it up. I have one question how come you did not get the dust out from the LCD with a brush or air right before putting on the new glass.

Great Video thank you. Only question is, I did not see you apply any adhesive on the perimeter of the I pad where you had removed it, when closing it up.

never cover your LCD with tape. It will be a big hassle to remove the tape adhesive from the LCD. just cover it with paper or micro cloth and keep it until ready to put it back again

Muy buen video, enhorabuena. Una duda. Cuando ya lo tengo preparado para cerrar el ipad, el flex del digitalizador como que me impide cerrarlo. Hay que presionar un poco como para doblarlo hacia abajo? Me da la sensación de que lo puedo estropear. Agradecería me pudieses orientar. Muchas gracias

Can i take the screen from ipad 3 and take it to the ipad 4? Will it work properly?

Can you use hair dryer if you don't have a heat gun?

Yes, but be extremely careful about the temperature. Do not go over about 90c, and if you have broken glass that leaves the insides exposed, you have to watch out not to overheat components and melting them accidentally.
