Just got an Apple Pencil 2 today for my iPad Air 5th Gen thanks to Amazon’s Black Friday sale. Thank you for all the tips. I had no idea what this thing is capable of and I’m anxious to try it out. 🐬
If you extend you Mac Screen to your ipad any program like Affinity Photo which can make use of touch sensitive feature (like press hard to get a wide line) suddenly have a touch sensitive device. So basically adding touch feature to MacOs
Thanks for this. I’m very much ingrained in the Apple eco system as a art director/ designer. I’m finally getting myself to use the Apple Pencil into my day to day work experience as note taking, sketching and etc. These intro and tips are very helpful.
Just got mine right after Xmas at Target for $89. I believe that’s the lowest yet. I really liked the tips…felt a bit fast as I was trying to practice along but it’ll boost your views when I replay again to remember haha
🐬 Keep up the great work on your videos. I love the step by step tutorials for all the little things we don’t know about our Apple products. I just bought a new iPad Air and Apple Pencil 2 and excited to use them together. I currently have Apple Pencil and 9th gen IPad but this will take it to the next level! Thanks for everything!
Great job! One of the best RU-vid presentations that I have seen. You were organized, articulate, easy to understand, and you shared useful information. Thank you!
Thanks for this tips, I was able to practice them as you were showing them. I’m looking forward to using my new pencil. I didn’t know that about the Mac to iPad feature!
Thank you for this clear, likeable and valueable content. Would be even more pleasant listening to without ANY music at all. Even though very dimmed down, it still is distracting and serves no value. Rather listen to your pure voice, calm as the lake in your background. Thank you for considering!
I mean, the tips were very cool and all... but I needed to rewind and listen again multiple times because I was mesmerized with that landscape. Man, why would I give to have that landscape at my desk....
Thanks for the video. First time user for tablets with creative based work, didn’t get much of a tutorial from Apple. This video sums up what I was looking for perfectly, good job
🐬 I just got mine today and it pretty much comes with zero instructions on how to use it! Thanks for making this tutorial so dummies like me can use it!!! Now I’m wondering what’s the best app/program to draw on my iPad with the pencil. I have a 2022 iPad Pro 12.6in
That was a lot of good information very quickly. I bet somebody's told you at least once in your life to talk slower. Please don't. Just tell them to listen faster. Fast, concise speech is very comforting. I was ready to buy a car from you halfway through.🎉
Didn't know I could do all The things you did on your video and used Apple Pencil to write. Thanks 9 to 5 show us how to write numbers. I just tried to write 9 to 5 and it wouldn’t do nine kept doing Q.
You forgot 2 feature: -Back and Head Scratcher. With the Apple Pen gen2 you can now reach those pesky places on your back and scratch them off. -Ear holder With the New design you can put it on your ear and have perfect balance, this is great for Engineers designing their ideas on iPad.
They claim their products are intuitive. I know a few things on tech that young people seem unaware of and I am 55. Apple is very novel and they really are trying hard to have another hit product that is as good as the iphone.
Video we'd like to see: "So what is going on guys, Fernando Silva back with another video, and today I will be telling you how I got the job at 9to5Mac."
The main thing I'd like to point out is that you need to change the title of this video. I have an older iPad, but it can only use the first generation Apple Pencil. But every single thing you mentioned for the Apple Pencil 2 will also work on the older Apple Pencil. So it should just say Apple Pencil Features.... because some who have the older iPads may think there's nothing in this video for them but there is! I learned a trick or two from it.
I have the Apple Pencil 1 and 2. The battery life between charges is much better on the Apple Pencil 2. The only problem I'm having with it and it's a minor one every so often the tip will come loose to a point where the pencil will not work and I have to screw the tip back in.
Thanks for the review! Upgrading the tips for the Apple Pencil is such a simple yet effective way to enhance the drawing and writing experience. Your detailed review and demonstration have provided valuable insights into the quality and compatibility of these tips. It's always great to have options for personalizing the feel of the Pencil. This product is now on my list for consideration, thanks to your recommendation!
🐬Love the Apple Pencil 2. There needs to be a 3rd pencil version that has an eraser on the opposite end, like a real pencil. Wouldn’t hurt to allow other expressions that are command shortcuts like shake, wiggle side by side, wiggle up and down, etc. Stay safe out there!
Thank you for sharing features of the Pencil 2. You favorite feature, at the end of this clip, sounds amazing, and I would love to use this feature, however, you did not explain how you “do this manually” the first, so, I am completely lost. I am signed onto my y MacBook Pro and my iPad with the same email and user. When I copied a screenshot on my MacBook, it did NOT transfer to my iPad. I have no idea how to do this “the first time”. Can you be mores specific? Probably a simple thing, but without specific guidance, it is impossible to do. Thanks in advance. Not sure how I may receive your response.
🐬 Thanks so much! My new iPad and Pencil will be delivered tomorrow and I'm learning all that I can. I'm new to Apple ecosystem. Well I've had an iPhone for 5 years and AirPods but that's it. I just bought a MacBook 2 weeks ago and now an iPad. I don't know what took me so long to switch from Windows and Android tablets. I'm so excited though and your tips really will be useful.
Having fun with your pencil tips. Besides Notes, I tried using the Pencil in Google docs. It did not work there. So I assume these pencil tips will only work in compatible IOS apps????? Thanks for any clarification.
it’s a good video but u did not mention finger gestures that the Apple Pencil 2 cannot replicate. Like the ability to swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to make apps u have used before visible.
