When I look at the videos I have made through these folders; they only last about 3 seconds each when I know I have videos a minute or even longer. I would rather not have cut segments of the videos I have made. Is there any other ways I can just directly load them to my pictures file on my Windows PC? It has worked with one of my older iPhones but I am struggling majorly with my new iPhone. Or is this Apples way to make me update my storage on my cloud?

I got mine to work! I had to use the usb cable which came with my iPhone 11. When I used the one with my iphone 6+, it wasn't working, and I was getting the error code..

Does that work in reverse? Like if you want to put photos from your computer onto you iPhone? I mostly do photography and it was a pain in the butt to transfer photos on to the iphone because of iTunes. I ended up switching to Android for the simple drag-and-drop into folder. Not sure if the process has changed since the last time I owned one.

if it's not working for you: Update iPhone drivers: Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Look for Apple iPhone under the “Unspecified” section > Right-click on it, choose “Properties” > Click the Hardware tab> Choose change settings button > Click on the Driver tab and Update Driver. edit: mine still didn’t end up working ran into further problems, got tired of troubleshooting and just ended up using icloud lol, super simple that way

This works fine for small files < 900MB. Switching to keep originals does something to the video that makes is skip, go slower on playback and is not in sync with the audio. How do I download large video files from the 11 pro to laptop with Windows 10?

I got mine to work! I had to use the usb cable which came with my iPhone 11. When I used the one with my iphone 6+, it wasn't working, and I was getting the error code..

ATTENTION PLEASE First you need to change iPhone settings/Photos /Transfer to Mac or PC from 'Automatic' to 'Original file'. After this setting is changed, You need to unplug the USB cable, start it all over and then IT WORKS !!!

I can do this easily for photos but long videos from my iPhone to Surface Book 2 and Desktop PC with Window 10 results in a dialogue box which pops up and states not able to download (not sure if it is file type or what). A hassell. I have watched many RU-vids and not found the source. Looking for it to be simple drag and drop import.
