@@angelsta.catalina6408 yes. i went to the nearest mobile phone repair around the mall, and they charged me ₱4,500. they will fix it for you within the same day. according to them 90% of iphone 13 pro above users and iphone 14 pro above users are experiencing this due to software update.
After 2yrs nangyari sa 13 pro max ko yung yellow screen of death, i think because nag update ako ng IOS. after watching this nag karon ako ng hope na mapaayos phone ko kasi confident ako na no physical or water damage to, never pa din napa buksan. Yun nga lang 1yr & 2mons. Ng expired ang warranty. Ginaya ko lang po yung ginawa nyu. I have to try since wala ako naka ready na around 24k pampagawa kasi unexpected ko po yung nangyari. After ko madala sa service center, inless that a week po nagawa yung phone ko 100% waived din ang fees 👏🏽 Thank you po ate ang laking tulong po nitong vblog mo sakin 😊
Hi, saan pong apple service niyo pinaayos phone niyo? sa greenbelt po kasi di inapprove ung one time warranty kasi sabi nila may physical damage which is maliit na scratch lang... kakasad kasi nagbayad pa 2k for the service fee.

On accident I accidently left my phone in my pocket when I went to the beach and I went in the water with it and the first 2 days it was working fine now the display is not working and time to time it will give me a white screen any reccomendations my phone is still under warranty.

Hi Ms. Fifi, thank you sa detalyadong video mo po. Same issue, out of warranty for 6 months naman yung sakin. Na approve din yung one time exception request ko and napalitan yung LCD or OLED ata tawag tapos in 1 day lang with 90 days warranty pa. Sa Mobile Care Podium ako nagpunta. Yung one time exception approval maaaring dahil no physical damage, no liquid damage, and no unauthorized modifications found nung nag-diagnostic tests sila pero di ako sure dito. Salamat ulit :)

My iphone 13 pro max also experienced this. Bigla nalang sya nag green screen tapos madaming lines. Brought it agad sa apple care sa conrad. Left if from august 27 then nag run din series of tests and diagnosis okay naman lahat. Tapos today 8/31/2023 dapat pick up ko na yung phone kasi wala naman daw problema at mukhang bug lang daw sa os kasi restore na daw thru reinstalling the OS pero nun ilalabas na sya sa releasing area biglang nagpakita yung topak nya and ending d ko nakuha. Tapos na din warranty ko last November 2022. Wala ako gnawa na kakaiba tapos ang ingat ko pa sa phone hindi ko din nilalaspag tapos biglang ganon. Apple said na common issue daw sa philippines at malaysia yung case pero chinachallenge ko na bakit ngayon burden ng user eh problem pala internally ng apple yan. Tapos wala naman gingawa yung apple pinapagastos lang tayo ng wala sa oras. Sobrang hassle and sayang sa pera.

@@fifivibar oo nga eh. Frustrating talaga. Ito September 3 na wala pa din update since nagescalate na daw sila kay apple singapore para sa issue ng phone ko. Medyo alam ko naman na ako mag babayad kasi leaning towards na sila na sineset na nila expectation ko na tapos na Kasi warranty so alam feel ko naman na buong screen papalit at magbbabayad ako 22k then 2k for diagnostics so total 24k ng wala sa oras. Grabe lang talaga.
Ganito rin namgyari sa phone ni misis, kahapon lang nangyari at kahapon lang din yung expired ng warranty,, dinala nila ngayon sa mobile care sm marikina at waiting sya ng 2 to 3 days para sa result ng troubleshooting/assesment nila, 22k sa parts and 2k sa labor, pero 2k lang daw babayaran kung sakaling tanggapin pa ni apple support ung warranty since 1 day lng naman, makikiusap din ako sa apple support chat na mawaived ang payment kung sakaling ishoulder namin ang 22k na payment.

Hello po. Sa email po kasi may bnigay na customer care hotline. Pero dko po sure baka sa sm north lng po yung number na yun. Natry nyo po ba balikan? May email update po ba kayo natatanggap?
Yes. If naka on yung icloud backup mo, automatically nasi-save na lahat sa icloud. You need to check kung anong apps yung mga naka-on for backup like Photos, icloud drive etc.(makikita monlahat sa settings > profile info yung may picture) Kasi kung hindi naka on hindi sila masi-save sa icloud. Pwede ka naman mag backup manually. You do not need to worry kung nasaan na napunta sila dahil nasa server na mismo ni apple yon. All you need to do kung nasa iyo na yung phone mo ulit is to restore from icloud para makuha mo ulit yung mga files, photos, any data mo.
naka auto on back up yong cp ko, yun nga lang di ko sure kung lahat naback-up..gusto ko sana iback-up manually eh paano nakawhite screen nga po.. tas tru itunes sana ayaw naman gawa ng need ng latest version ng itunes.. @@fifivibar

Pinagsasasabi mo. May pang youtube ka wala ka pang research. Yung screen issue na yan dependehan yan sa batch or unit na nakuha mo. Gumamit kasi apple ng Samsung, LG at BOE displays sa 13 pro and pro max nila and those na may BOE, yun nagkaka problema. Dependehan yan kung natsambahan mo yung may BOE na display. wala yan sa kung saan mo nabili yung unit

Hi, had almost the same experience pero yung akin nag green screen siya with white lines, nangyari to nung July 21 lang, last Saturday. Last time na naalala ko nag browse ako habang I'm half awake tas natulugan yung phone tas pag gising ko ulit dun na nag green screen with white lines. 9:30am umalis na ko ng bahay papuntang SM North Annex, kinuha yung phone ko, tinanggal ko mga accessories then removed yung iphone tracker/finder. First time nangyari sakin to, nabili ko phone sa Greenhills, 10 months pa lang sakin, kinakabahan lang ako kasi baka pag bayarin ako although under warranty pa naman until Aug 2023. Hoping for a better result, na anxiety lang talaga ako kasi I don't have the budget yet to pay roughly 24k

Don’t worry po macocover po yan ng warranty as long as hndi fault ng users ang pagkawhite screen. Malalaman po yan sa result ng diagnostic tests nila. Tsaka po abot pa ang warranty.
Ang alam ko po pwede nyo ipadala yung phone s service center thru lbc po ata. Hndi ako sure. Pero pwede nyo po kontakin ang service center. Meron po silang ganung service. Or pwede dn kayo tumawag s apple support for assistance about s service na yun.
I just got an email from the Apple Service Center, as per their email "Your Iphone 13 Pro Max is now under Apple Review. This means the diagnosis is now being reviewed and validated by Apple offsite due to reasons that issue or repair coverage would need verification. Approval of repair/replacement may be declined if Apple deems it necessary. Review may take 2-3 business days on top of the diagnosis period. Once review is finished, you will receive a notification indicating the cost ((as applicable)) and turnaround time for release." Dito ako sa part na to kinakabahan na, baka pag bayarin talaga nila ako 😢 sabi pa naman sakin nung staff nila may penalty na 1500 every 15 days para sa storage ng phone kapag hindi na claim. Sobrang mahal na nga nung phone tas mahal pa pag pinaayos. Sana ma cover siya ng warranty ko. 😩🙏

Share ko lang. Libre na gagawin ni apple yung phone mo (papalitan ng lcd) kahit out of warranty basta walang ibang sira yung phone mo. In my case, may butas yung speaker grills so di ko napagawa. Cost will be 25k+.

Nung may 2023 naggreen screen yung phone ko and inayos na ng service center plus 2k na shipping fee and tapos today nagfiflickr and white nagwa-white screen sya inoff ko na muna baka matuluyan ng magwhite screen. Haysssst. Di joke ang mga issue sa iphone nakakawalang gana.
Puro issue Android kaya nag iOS ako ulit after more than a decade, tas since Samsung na supplier ng screen ng Apple ganito na din haha damay damay na nga! 😂 Katakot yung presyo ng replacement haha buti na approve request mo 🎉

Mostly po yun ginagawa kapag sa mga apple service center ka pupunta. I-erase nila totally ang lahat ng data sa phone mo. Nakapagtataka nga po display lang naman ang problema pero pinapadelete talaga nila data sa phone mo
2k for diagnostics alone, and 800 if software fix only, its another matter if hardware error. And the unit stays with them for 2 days, then they will call you for the status of repair. My daughter’s iphone 13 also got white screen after latest update.
Same scenario sakin until now ndi ko mapagawa kasi need ko daw ilogout muna ung apple ID ko. Eh nasa notes nga and dko na marecall. And hinayaan nalang ako tsk.. never bye iphone again
Just encountered this problem yesterday 7/29/2023 and it'a been one day already. at dahil malayo samin ang service center..hindi ko pa napapa check ang phone ko. Pwede mo pa kayo mag show nang actual steps and reveal conversational list para po maka kuha nang advisor kasi first time kong magka iphone tas ganito pa nang yare. naka out of warranty na po kasi ako. Sana mapansin at matulungan nyu po ako. 😢 Thank you po.
Hello po. Sige po try ko po makagawa kagad ng video. Pero madali lng po, magchat po muna kayo sa apple support. Nabanggit ko po sya sa video kung pano ako nakakausap ng apple advisor. Punta lng kayo ng website tas ichat nyo po. Magpatulong po muna kayo s chat support baka meron po magawa. Pag wala tlaga magawa, ask nicely kung pwede may makausap ka na someone na pwede makatulong sayo then iaask ka nya if what time at kelan ka magrerequest ng callback from advisor. Ganun lng po.
Yung 13 pro max ko ganito din. Nag contact ako ng Power Mac meron sila ship&Fix. Nag advice din sila to contact Apple. Binigyan ako contact # ng Apple (globe PH) baka ma waive yung service repair… tom ko palang ipapadala yung unit

Almost 2years na rin yung phone ko. Kakaexpire na nang warranty last feb. Pero tinry ko pa rin tumawag sa apple support. Tinanong ko paano kung out of warranty na, ang sagot sa akin hindi ko naman daw fault magka ganun cp ko which is they know talaga what is happening sa white screen issue.
Just received the message from the service center na nagrant na daw ni apple ang appeal ko para mawaive yung fees para sa display replacement. Itry nyo lang po kahit out of warranty na 🙂👍

@@Dthunder47 na ganto rin phone ko. out of warranty so binigyan ng one time exemption. tinanong ko yung staff sa mobile care na what if out of warranty na naman yung binigay na lcd warranty. tapos mag white screen na naman. sabi nya babayaran na daw yung replacement kasi one time lang yung pa free replacement ni apple sa mga out of warranty cases. 🥹
Mawawala talaga data sa phone mo pag hindi ka po nakapagback up sa icloud mo same sa nangyari sa akin. Erased talaga lahat sa phone ko. Nakakalungkot 😢
I experienced this too! Nagtanong din ako sa apple and 24k din yung payment but buti nalang may kilala yung friend ko na nag aayos ng phone for only 10k kaya gumora agad ako. Sobrang bilis ng paggawa nila wala pang isang oras huhu then gumagana na ulit phone ko and so far hindi na bumalik yung white screen. Pero ang unfair lang huhu napagastos pa ng wala sa oras e mismong apple naman may problema hays:( sana mabigyan ng action to ng apple
Sakin po nag white screen then nag pa service center ako after a day nakuha ko na pero after a month mag shutdown and unresponsive na sya di ko ma maopen
