So basically I could say that the 13 pro max actually is way lot better than the 12 pm. I “own” both phones. Next time I should compare it to a flagship Samsung phone
As someone who has owned both brands(Galaxy S22 Ultra and the IPhone 13 pro) I will say that both phones, with their respective upsides do have major downsides. With the IPhone 13 Pro (oh, and I had an IPhone 11 but it’s similar and more fair to compare the 13 Pro plus it was bought used)it has the disadvantage of using Lightning instead of USB-C. Also, it seems to lack customization (slightly better with the IOS 16 beta). With the S22 you’re not getting the fact that it’s apple(it’s a big thing for some people) However, I will exclude that point as it’s very subjective. An actual downside of the S22 Ultra or some aunts in general is that they’re generally not supported for as long. But of course, the battery might eat it before support ends, Lithium Ion batteries are like that. The S22 camera, in my opinion can get a bit overwhelming at times while the Iphone camera feels worse at times it is easily more consistent and simpler. Now , here is the point where i dump pros and cons for both phones. My conclusion will be at the end. Overall camera quality probably goes to the S22 Ultra and it’s an even bigger win with the front camera. I will say again, the iphone camera is more consistent and ease of use is superior. The s22 has more ram(slightly) but has a much bigger battery and seemed to charge faster (probably because of USB-C) I will say I like the Iphone 13 Face ID but the S22 has a fingerprint so it’s basically a tie there. I’m not crazy enough to test the durability of both phones. In the end I will say the S22 Ultra has an edge over the Iphone 13 Pro(not the max). However, I feel a lot of people buy apple for the ecosystem it’s created. And yes, I’m aware the S22 Ultra is more expensive however with the amount of options Samsung or android in general offers it’ll easily fit most price ranges. Problem is, with so many phones it becomes confusing on what to buy. And now I’m going on a rant so I’ll cut myself off
