I bought the pro, the display is ok but honestly compared to the 13 standard it isn't that special when you use them side by side (my partner has the 13), Battery life is incredible and the cameras are decent too but if you dont need the zoom you might aswell save yoruself some money. After the "oh its the cool shiny new iphone" wears off in a week then i think you would definitely be happy with the standard 13.
Thanks for your valuable opinion. BTW, What was exactly said at 8:29 - 8:31 "Both work well for everything........... thrown out at the to date.?" Help me please.
Believe it or not I just upgraded from my iPhone 4S to the iPhone 13 Pro. I believe I got the biggest upgrade!! Granted I have had my iPads up to date. The 4S was truly a trooper but sadly 3G is just way too slow in todays modern world! I’m very happy with my new upgrade 😄
Very honourable and very planet savvy 😎 I thinks it obscene that millions of phones get discarded/traded in every year, just to be seen with the latest gadget that isn’t that different from the previous year. Ok the screen is better but most wouldn’t care, the camera again most wouldn’t care. Stop wasting money, earth resources and filling these Tech company bank accounts - go for an upgrade every 3 years or so and then you’ll notice a BIG difference and be helping the planet. Most of these ‘features’ are just tech guff that you either won’t really notice or won’t even use.
I am Android user and I bought 13 recently. I know pro is better than regular. For me 13 is better bcoz it's within my affordable range and I am happy to got latest new Iphone after using Android phones so long. Sometimes we need to get happy what we got. That's my logic. That's all. By the way thanks for review.
Yesterday, I went into a store wanting to buy the Iphone 13, non pro. On paper, none of the extra features motivated me to opt for the pro version. Then I looked at 13 and 13 pro side by side and I realized how much visible the 120hz refresh rate is. I'm going for pro only beacause of the refresh rate.
@@putDIZONyourface how many times the screen can refresh so the new pro phones have 120hz which is double the refresh rate of non pro phones. Basically it will make everything look a lot more fluid and smooth.
@@putDIZONyourface It tells you how fast the screen is "re-painted." The more times per second it is re-painted -- or refreshed, in tech parlance -- the better is can show movement, fast moving objects, etc.

TODAY in late 2021.....This 1500$ iBrick is still locked 🔒 at 120Hz for it's native apps.... Non 3rd party can app run on 120Hz... So it will take atleast another 6 months (to a year) for iOS developers to update there Apps. ( even OnePlus 90Hz is smoother than apple 120Hz...& Samsung S21 Ultra is the Gold standard of 120Hz ) 😅Don't know Apple/iSheep are going mad on Samsung's older generation 120Hz display.... I’ve had my 13 pro max for a week now. I upgraded from the non pro iPhone 11 and the jump from a 6.1 screen size to a 6.7 is amazing. The 120 hz refresh rate was immediately noticeable upon setting up my new iPhone. I definitely recommend the pro model this year if you’re looking to upgrade. I knew which one I wanted and didn’t consider any other options so it was easier for myself.
I’m on an iPhone 8 right now and I might upgrade to 13, right now I’m trying to estimate if my phone will make it until 14 release… Wanna keep using my 8 as long as possible before replacing it, I don’t feel like generating e-waste
@@nabihahkader2639 nope, iPhone 13 Pro Max is considered the battery king for now at 9 hours and 52 minutes in the battery test for MrWhosetheBoss and I think Teck nick had it at around 12+ hours (more real world test)
my xr was still running okay, but the main factors that made me switch to the 13 was the notice in how short my battery would last, and the need for more space! going from 64 gb to 256gb was the best and biggest difference ever, im willing to spend some extra money to upgrade space because i know i’ll need it.
Honestly if you're going for a 6.1" iPhone, go for the Pro version this year. There's quite a few differences between 13 and 13 Pro this year, unlike last year. The cameras are brand new and the 120Hz display is worth it.
@Ayman Sammo in that case, the iPhone 12 would’ve been perfect for you considering there’s not too many differences between the 12 and the 13. Only if saving money is your main concern ofc.
@Ayman Sammo yeah I feel You, the iPhone 13 is still an amazing phone, you won’t be disappointed at all. I went with the 13 pro max bc I had an iPhone 8 and I wanted the best of the best haha
I settled on the standard 13 last week after ditching my iPhone 8 Plus after 4 years. 120 Hz is not enough of a reason to pick the pro over the standard model, yet that was the focus of majority of this video. One of the better reasons would be the better back camera setup. You wouldn’t notice the lower refresh rate unless you have them side by side or previously had a phone with 120 Hz refresh rate. I personally like having it be more “choppy” when scrolling because it’s like there’s motion blur since it’s moving anyways. Also finding the RU-vid video you were watching is easy. Just make sure you’re signed in then just go to your history. Takes
Same! I just mailed in my 8+ for a $200 discount off a 13. I really don’t even notice any of these technical differences lol I specifically waited until the 14 was released to get a good price on the 13 😂 And I also mailed in my Samsung Note for a discounted 12 Pro for my business line. Hoping both will last 4-5 years like my last phones did. I really hate spending money 😂😂😂
Im going with the 13 with max storage over the pro. Simply because I only use it for texting phone calls and social media. Simply because I don’t care about the other features. Storage and battery is all I really care about.
I just switched from iPhone XR to the normal 13 starlight 128GB. For 200$ more, I think the biggest difference between the pro and non pro is the 120hz, bigger camera, better camera, and a better display. I didn’t think that would be worth 200$ more so I just got the normal 13.
I got the Pro, the battery blows me away used it all day and got home on 50% left, and those cameras are awesome too, 120HZ screen refresh is buttery smooth.
I actually bought the 13 pro in white. Immediately knew us was too heavy for me coming from a Xs. Exchanged it for the 13 in starlite. Not only do I think the 13 is prettier it’s much easier to handle it doesn’t feel top-heavy like the 13 Pro. For me this was the best decision.
Using the iPhone 13 right now which I bought way back on the 10th. And I gotta say that it may lack the pro motion but I'm satisfied with it already. 🥰
The iphone 13 is still the best bang for the buck phone. So its really a question of how often and much we are willing to spend for the better features. If you’re planning on upgrading every 3 years, then getting a better phone is a good option. Anything less than that and it’s diminishing returns at that point. Personally speaking, the two main upgraded features will be using will most likely be the 120hz support and better camera, not battery as test have already shown both to be about the same for 13 and 13 pro. So are you willing to spend $200 more for two extra features?
If you are counting pennies or trying to justify your expense then you shouldn’t buy the Pro. You may not even buy a 13. If money is an issue buy an android phone they are good or an iPhone SE.
If you wanna bang those buck, get a poco or realme. If you want user experience and hardware/software support get iphone. Sure iphone is expensive but to many it’s worth it coz of that.
I'd agree last year, but the Pro is definitely the better value this year. You get 10-120Hz ProMotion without any compromise in battery life (potentially even more depending on your use case), a 25% brighter display, a more premium build with a frosted, matte-textured back and stainless steel rails, an extra telephoto lens and LiDAR scanner which enables Night Portraits, Macro photography, and the upcoming high-bitrate ProRes video. All that for only 170 bucks more.
I went with the 13 non pro. Lighter, better in the hand, and just nicer to use. The new pro and pro max are really on the border for me as someone who is constantly using my phone as my main computing device. On iOS, I dont think the high refresh rate was as noticeable as it is on Android. I dont regret my purchase.
absolutely. after trying out the 13 pro and max, i realized promotion is really trash. the transition animation and all google based apps are still using 60hz refresh rate. promotion cant compete with 120hz on samsungs.
Don’t be sad because you can’t buy the 13 pro. The 120 hz screen don’t make much difference (I have a 60hz Ipad and 120hz IPad Pro, there is literally no difference and I play a lot of heavy games). Also the main difference is camera that most of people are not photographers and it is not worth to spend 200 dollar+ on 1 more camera (that almost no one uses)
Lesson. As a ma2 flyer myself, and this goes for all drones with controllers that use phones for fpv, if you ever lose connection or your screen goes dim, let off the controls and just stop. Also Max, when using the active track and spotlight or poi, you can single press the return to home button and the drone will stop all operations and hover. Help this helps you or anyone not crash their drones again!
For some people here’s a tip: go into a store use the 13 Pro then turn on low power mode than see the smoothness difference, that’s how it feels with your current non pro iPhone
Sorry, that is just wrong. „Feel“ is subjective. If you switch from 120 to 60 hz in matter of seconds, it is obvious that is gonna feel „laggy“ for some people, since the brain adapted to the 120 hz. Use the 60 hz for over an hour without looking at 120 hz and it will feel buttery smooth. Thats just how our brain works. So the current base model iPhone most people posess should actually feel really smooth for them. A little analogy: If you shower warm and then switch to ice cold from 0 to 100 you will freak out, slowly turn down the temperature every few minutes until it is ice cold and you will manage the cold much better ;)
@@ConsiLoL This is accurate. I’ve been using a 144Hz monitor for years and I’m totally fine using a 60Hz phone. RU-vid and most other apps don’t even support anything above 60Hz.
My gf already has her 13 pro. She updated from 11 Pro to 13 Pro and she loves it. Taking a lot of videos and photos in low light at a concert already. She showed me after the concert at home and it is amazing how well this little lenses are working and how great the videos are looking and the sound was also great. Thanks to Audiozoom. I can't wait for my 13 Pro Max. The phones are the only cameras we are using for years now. So for us it is great to see that Apple did a great job making them better so we can use them daily and on vacation and get even better shots and better memories for the next 2 years. Also that iOS 15 now uses your Apple Music for the memories is also great. Having the photos widget and be able to see single photos and memories every day if you want and watching them together is for us one of the very best features. The phone analyzes all the pictures and videos and show them to us. We have now over 10 years of pictures in the cloud and it so funny to see how everyone has changed or where we all have been. And this without anything to do. Just take pictures and videos and some day the device will show you.
Yes, finally somebody compared the same amount of zoom on both phones. My X died and I was really struggling if I need the extra camera in Pro. Thank you!!!
Damn i just noticed how everybody is hating on 60hz now that iphone just got it, but a couple months ago everybody was defending it talking about how smooth it is on ios 😂…..ios community is hella weird, weirdos.
I mean the iphone has always been smoother. One reason why I like it so much and I hate Apple products. That being said 120 Apple smoothness is just another level.
Welcome to the club, my recommendation is to actually take the time to FULLY customize it to your liking. A few hours of work for years of seamless use.
My friend brought pro and suggest me the same, but same shape , size and light weight was what i need . 13 is better and so cool then heavy pro. Its better to take pro max if you have extra dollars but between pro and normal 13 , normal is way ahead ❤️
The 13pro max is my first iPhone and I gotta admit the transition wasn’t as rough as I expected although I still prefer the android notification system because it is just a bit better
Upgraded to 13 Pro Max from a 12 Pro Max and I absolutely love this phone. The biggest upgrade in my opinion because the features that actually matter are upgraded (screen, battery, and camera)
I just got the 13, but I just use it for basic functions, mostly work. Never gaming and occasional youtube so the price wasn’t worth it. It was a straight up trade for a 7 I turned in to T-mobile.
Went from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 13. Awesome and very satisfied. Would a 13 Pro be even more awesome? Undoubtedly. But is a 13 Pro a must have upgrade? Doubt it.
I came from the XR model to a Regular 13, so the fact that the 13 inherits the camera system from Last Year’s 12 Pro Max is plenty for me, and the A15 Bionic jump from the A12 + OLED. XDR Display in a slightly smaller & lighter package ;)!
the 13pro is just perfect this year. no way to prefer the 13 over this! i upped from the xs, huge improvement and the 120hz display is well worth the extra cash
I upgraded from a 12 Pro Max to a 13 Pro Max and can’t recommend this phone enough. Virtually every single complaint I had (besides lightening, but that’s whatever) has been addressed with the 13 and it’s just a genuinely fantastic device. ProMotion is much better than I expected, it genuinely has iPad battery life (2 days moderate use), and the cameras are much better in low light with a faster capture speed. I’m not the biggest fan of Sierra blue (it’s much lighter irl than the pictures) but that’s the only thing I don’t really love and it’s entirely subjective. I’m dumbfounded when I finish the day with 5-8 hours SOT and still have above 40% battery. The 12’s battery was awful in comparison and I regularly had to charge my phone throughout the day.
I tried all of the new iPhones and the iPad mini 6 in the store, and I’m used to ProMotion/120hz+ from my iPad Pro and gaming screens. The iPad mini 6’s jelly scrolling and 60hz were really noticeable, so quick hard pass. All of the iPhones were still too broad and disallowed one-handed operation for me, so also passed on them. The iPhone 13 mini was perfect. On the smaller screen, the 60hz was perfectly fine. And I have all day+ battery life and the iPhone 12 Pro Max camera on it. And it’s the cheapest of the bunch. Very, *very* happy!
@@steviesevieria1868 I mean the 13 mini has better battery life than the 12/12pro from last year. 6ish hours of use should be perfectly fine if you aren’t a power user. Besides mag safe battery packs are $99 or less and get the mini to over 60% charge.
@@steviesevieria1868 13 mini is really worth it, bought for my daughter & she says it's even nicer than her previous 12 pro. The mini's battery, camera stabilise video, nightmode were better
Even till this day the 13 series has been fantastic!!!! I have a 13 for back up and it still feels like it was just released after 7 months my battery health is still on 100%
It's funny nobody cared about high refresh rate until the iPhone 13 Pro. High refresh rate phones have been around for years before Apple adopted this feature (Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi for example). Not only in phones, but TVs and gaming monitors have used high refresh rate technology for years as well. Apple needs to get with the times.
I’m watching this video on my first ever iPhone 13 pro 😄 And I definitely can say that pro motion display makes a huge difference for me after 60 hz phone. Everything just feels fast and smooth.
@@slimzie3670 it’s hard to say, because I don’t use my phone all the time, but in comparison with poco phone f2 pro I had earlier I charged it at least 1-2 times a day. But now I can skip charging at night with my everyday usage and it’s enough for around 1,5 - 2 days for me. With more intense usage it will probably last for a day and you will end up with 20-30% of the battery.
@@vladyslavkyiashko9753 hmm sounds good, why I'm asking if because I'm torn between the regular pro and the max due to battery.. is the bigger heavier phone worth it or is the smaller more compact regular pro well worth it?
@@slimzie3670 Actually I came to the store to buy pro max, but the size was to big for me. I had a phone with similar size, 6.67 inch, however it had rounded corners and slimmer sides, but thicker middle part, so it was more comfortable to hold in my hand and I was able to use almost entire screen with a single hand. But it wasn't a case with iPhone 13 Pro Max. I know, that battery is better on the Pro Max model, but for my usage Pro is better than what I had earlier (and btw my previous phone's battery was good enough already) so for me it wouldn't be a huge difference, because I can use a phone for entire day with a single charge. If you use your phone all the time and Pro Max fits you in terms of the size I would probably go for it :)

The 13 Pro is - from an objective view point - the overall better phone. For 200 more you get: - better camera(s) - screen max brightness - build quality - 120Hz Pro Motion Display - ProRes Video The only downside is the weight. And tbh the 120hz Screen isnt as mindblowing as it is on a way bigger display like on the iPad Pro.
I bought the 13 mini and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a regular pro user but I found that I didn’t really need it and I wanted a smaller phone. If you want a smaller phone the mini is a no doubter.
@@Ecmane1 I had my 12 pro in pacific blue because I loved it so much but sierra blue seems kinda faded to me, so I got a graphite one. It’s so gorgeous
I'm old. I don't need any of the Pro features. The 13 has more features than I need. I don't do games, videos or take many videos. I use an iPad for watching content or reading news. I'm the person that the 13 is aimed at. Also, all the real world battery tests I have seen show longer battery life for the iPhone 13 than for the iPhone 13 Pro.
The standard 13 SHOULD have a 120Hz display. Absolutely no question about it. When phones costing a third can have one, it has no reason not to, except Apple price gouging its very loyal customer base.
The only time I ever notice refresh rate is when you slowed it down. Had them hand in hand the other day. Noticed nothing. Even with extreme concentration. Slowing it down helps , but its kinda cheating for all terms and purposes. Anything above 80 Hz is throwing away logic for gimmic .
I get iPhone 13 tomorrow as I was using the iPhone 8 Plus. I think it’s time for an upgrade, I’m not to big on the pros as they are mainly for taking photos and the 120 refresh rate is only worth it if your playing games and taking high quality videos. The iPhone 13 had the edge over the 12 with a few better upgrades for that tiny extra price
The 120Hz is also for scrolling and any screen animation like opening and closing apps. Go check one out and you’ll see. It’s a much smoother experiences
I upgraded from the 7+ this year to the 13 but after seeing and feeling the 120hz on the pro in person it was definitely smoother. Regardless of 120hz battery life and the camera upgrades are insane
Jason, You’re right that the 13 is a much better purchase than the 12 at current pricing. Of course at the end of the day it’s still an iPhone, try to move some files to your computer sometime without going through iCloud or whatever it is. Locked in the garden. Emphasis on locked.
@@steviesevieria1868 Couldn't you just plug the USB cable into your computer and copy the pictures from the folder on the phone to a new folder on your PC?
The camera lenses being lifted on the 13 pro would drive me nuts. The heavier weight would also be an inconvenience. I am leaning toward the 13 just because I want practical.
@@joonapuro8055 Oh you definitely should. Even though the phone doesnt crack, it scratches like a bitch. Especially that Ceramic Shield. Once you add a screen protector though, this thing is invulnerable.
I got the 13 Pro Max (Sierra Blue, naturally!)...and love the phone. It's a chonky boy! Not any larger screen than my old POS LG Stylo 4, but it weighs a LOT more! My only complaint so far is that the frosted glass back doesn't like the metal plate I need to stick to it for my car's phone mount...but that problem will be solved when I get my Tesla in a few months! :) I absolutely LOVE the look of the phone, and the 120hz refresh rate is a real game changer! You don't THINK it will be significant...but trust me, it most certainly IS! The cameras are OUTSTANDING, and aside from the new privacy features in IOS, the primary reason I got the phone over an Android. Night mode is AMAZING...basically magic. You can be in what seems like COMPLETE darkness and it will take great photos! I am still jealous of the insane zoom my brother has on his Samsung Note 20...but aside from the zoom, my iPhone takes better pictures overall. I have only had the phone for a couple days, and I am still getting used to iOS...but most things I do with the phone seem very intuitive. It didn't take me long to load the apps I use on a daily basis (TuneIn Radio and various video streaming services) and I think the negative views people have about iOS vs Android are WAY overblown. I miss the back button, that's the only main pain point. I also picked up a pair of AirPods Pro and they are great. The fit is a little weird, but they are comfortable and they were extremely simple to setup and use. I also picked up an AirTag for my keys. These little things are GREAT! I was also pleasantly surprised to find a $10 keychain attachment from Best Buy instead of the insanely priced $35 ones Apple sells. Overall, I am happy with my purchase so far, and while my old Samsung phones are still sitting in a drawer waiting for recycling, I know that NEXT time I get a phone I will get a reasonable trade in value for my iPhone. Maybe next time I will splurge and get a 14 Pro Max with 512GB or 1TB of storage because of this!
Might want to check on YT “AirPods Pro falling out” if you AirPods are falling out. You have to turn them so they hit a certain part of your ear, at least that’s what worked for me.
@@FymTJs Nope, i have a 24'' 144hz AOC monitor. One of the cheaper ones but still 144hz. I have another pc at my moms place and i use that one when im visiting. Takes me a day or two to forget about 144hz.
I was in an apple store yesterday and played with them side by side.. to be honest until seeing this video, I totally forgot there is a difference in refresh rates. What I dis notice however is that both of them are so big and hefty that it makes them uncomfortable to hold for a long time, and impossible to use with one hand! On the flip side, the mini is absolutely awesome, but the performance differences to my 3year old Xs with a fresh battery are so small that it makes no sense to upgrade.
Iphone 13 is finally available tomorrow in my country. After waiting for a month since the release, I've decided to go to iPhone 13, until i watched this. Now i can't decide 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I bought the iPhone X 5 years ago and it has stainless steel as part of its frame. After 5 years I realized I just honestly could not give a shit. I'm putting a case on my phone no matter what. I've never holding my phone naked.
Hopefully they put the 120 display on the cheaper phones too. I know the 120 would be amazing and worth the money. I unfortunately can’t stand the extra weight. I have an 11 pro and went with the normal 13 just cause of the weight of the 11 pro. Just hate it and the 13 would be even heavier……. But I would love that display…… was a hard choice.
@@austinfelts8686 wow nice burn 😂. It’s subjective buddy. Just like screen sizes. Some people like bigger some smaller. Some people like lighter some don’t mind heavier 🤷♂️
I hate how they always try to make the display brighter, like bro is there option for an even lower brightness level? Sometimes the lowest is still bright
Another RU-vidr overhyping the 120hz. Got the 13 Pro Max and used it alongside my 12 pro and while it was nice it wasn’t a huge difference and have used my 12 pro no problem and haven’t wanted to upgrade. Sent the 13 pro max back!
The 13 is really nice for someone that isn’t on there phone 24/7 it’s all you need . Super fast really good battery and good camera , with a really bright nice display . What more could you want . Plus the midnight iPhone 13 is the best color way in the whole line up
Granted that you will notice the 120HZ difference if you shoot a video of the screen in 120fps and slow it down… but really doesn’t feel different in real-time view.. km saying this as an owner of iPad Pro 2020 and an iPhone XR.
How are you going to say there's a major downside to the promotion and then fifteen seconds later say there aren't really any downsides? Other than that little nitpicky bit, this was a very solid video
I’m not sure if you came across this on the 13 Pro, but I’m seeing this super weird glitch with exposure when shooting someone who is fairly heavily shadowed and strongly backlit. Instead of the camera letting the subject be darker (yes I pulled down the exposure AF / Exposure locked etc). Problem is, after the photo is taken and it seems like the subject would remain dark after I “told” the camera to, it actually tries to raise the exposure creating this very broken image and the subject seems to have some sort of digital vitiligo. Let me know, it’s kind of maddening.
I’d rather spend the extra $400 for the promax to have the best phone that will last me a long time vs wanting to upgrade sooner than later since I don’t upgrade phones very often. Last phone I had before the 13 promax was the 6s plus.

Super helpful insight. This is why your channel is my go-to for real world reviews. Other channels would compare geekbench tech specs which no one can tell the difference in real world use.
9:27 The ram thing is huge. I never realized how much of a difference it was. I went from 12 pro max to 12 mini, I was astounded by how bad it was. The camera thing was on point. Nothing more annoying than losing my spot in an app, waiting for it to reload, etc.

It's a simple choice actually, if you can afford the pro version then by all means go for it, because you might be using it for over a year. And as for the 13 is a great choice too, I mean you're using one of the best tech in the world just enjoy it.
Why won’t any of these RU-vidrs talk about the modems inside these phones? The very first function of a phone is making calls over one’s wireless carrier. The Intel modems were garbage and nobody ever talks about them. The Qualcomm modems are so much more better. The modem on the iPhone 13 was the sole factor for me trading in the Xr for a superior modem on the latest generation.

@@thehonestbluntguy5947 I actually sold my 13 just after a month and got the 13 pro , its been 2 years with 13 pro and everything is fanatical except the battery life its at 86 percent battery health and with 5g and 120hz i hardly get 4 hrs from heavy use! Anyway fantastic phone
Personally, I don't do gaming and don't care a lot about camera quality, the 120hz feature is not worth the extra money as the current 60hz display is not too bad. I think it is better to save that money for the coming new Airport Pro Also, the new pink colour is too attractive for me haha
Thanks for the honest review and definitive decision at the end. Too many RU-vidrs end up being too diplomatic at the end of their videos. Agreed with u! The 13 pro is the way to go. I’m glad I didn’t go with the 13 as initially planned when I was upgrading from my 12 mini!
Went from 12 pro max to 13 pro. So much happier to have a smaller phone with a bertter camera. I dont currently have a computer or camera so i do all my youtube recording and editing off my phone
If there was a pro mini I would have bought it in a second but I know it’s too small to make a pro mini. Got the pro for future proofing but really miss my smaller phone.
@@steviesevieria1868 is it uncomfortable to use? I am kinda worried about the weight more than the size. Might be a little wide though, so I don't know the size might be an issue too. Android phones usually go for a slimmer aspect ratio to keep them comfortable in the hand even with display sizes larger than 6,1"
@@Hallo81398 I find this variety of iPhone to be uncomfortable to use. But your hands may be stronger than mine. Just remember if you hold it in your hands for a few minutes at a store it’s not the same as using it all day. It is pretty heavy. But maybe I don’t have the greatest hand strength so take that for what it’s worth…
Here in Canada, if you are getting Iphone 13 with a carrier, you can save around 400 dollars. And that pushes the difference to around 700 CAD. For that difference Iphone 13 is miles ahead of 13 pro.
I had a 6S & just got a 13 Pro Max & I love it! But definitely get a case because it’s just as slippery as the 6 was. I used to use a pop up, which I felt had limitations an harder to get in and out off my purse, but the new 13 covers have integrated it for a Much slimmer profile & less rock on the table.
Im seeing comments here saying “oh the pro has 120hz display” if u think of spending 200$ more just for that feature u wrong my friend better go with the iphone 13 standard , yes there’s a difference but soon as ur eyes get used to,you will not care if its 120hz or 60hz also for people who care about cameras they should go for the pro version
I am totally down for 13 pro because of the features and everything is going to be much better than 13. I knew it. But 13 have a better color in products red which get me insane. Gosh!!! I wish iPhone 14 or 15 will have products Red.
I've been pretty hung up on getting the iPhone 13 vs the 13 Pro. I'm upgrading from an iPhone 8. It's time. My previous iPhone was a 5. Yup, I'm one of those people who keeps my phone til it's about to just die. I've even replaced the battery in my 8. Thanks to your video I think I'm gonna go with the Pro. Great video man!! You hit all the major decision making points. You couldn't give me an Android. I'd sell it and get an iPhone. If you take care of them, like anything else, they last a long time with very few problems. My poor old 8 is to the point of needing a hard restart every few days. Been going on for about a month.
I went from iphone 6 to reg iphone 13. Didn’t care about the price difference, but i did care about about the feel of the phone in your hands and in your pocket. The benefits of the Pro didn’t outweigh the disadvantages for me, being heavier and more difficult to handle one handed due to the big camera bump. I’m very pleased with my choice but sure you will be as well if you go for any of the 13’s.
Normally, i prefer non-pro model rather than pro. But this year i think 13pro is more worth in many features especially macro mode that i like so much.
honestly I have the ipad pro and the 120hz is nice but it doesnt make 60 unbearable for me. It would be nice if they made a higher refresh rate for the base models one day. But I don't think its worth almost 300 more for
The catch for the pro models is that they can be pretty unbearably heavy and the cameras look absurdly out of proportion. Feature wise very worth it to get the pros but those aspects really kept bothering me in real world usage..
Im using the 13 pro and i must say that the 120hz is a big difference between the 60hz, while swiping and scrolling it feels really good and buttery smooth which i love.
I upgraded from the 10s MAX to the 13 PRO MAX, what a difference! The speed is insane, and the camera is ludicrous. Macro is amazing. 5G and 120hz round it out.
About 120hz vs 60 problem: everyday I use 240hz monitor for mb 8-10hrs, but when I use iPad mini 6, I don’t even feel any discomfort. For me, 60hz on small devices is pretty ok.
I agree with the 13 pro. I got it and been uploading test as well. Moreover the difference with 12 I think are indeed noticiable. For content creators like us is worth the investment but regular users.. they can wait for next year and save money😏💸
