I’m going from the XR to the 13 Pro. I wanted to go all the way to the Pro Max, but it’s just too big and wide for my hands. At least with the 13 Pro I can use it one-handed comfortably.
Just got my hands on a 13 pro max this week, took the bigger one over regular pro due to bigger battery and watching a lot of content directly on my phone everyday. 10 hours screen on time in one full charge is insane 😁
I just upgraded to the iPhone 13 from an iPhone 8 plus. What a difference. I love it. The price was the deciding factor for me. An extra 300. for just an extra camera and 2 other things you mentioned wasn’t worth it for me with everything else being the same. The picture quality is great for me and I have no complaints. Same here, I got the normal iPhone 13 in midnight. Was able to get 256GB and AirPods for less than the base model of the iPhone 13 Pro and I’m enjoying it 🙂
My wife upgraded from the 7+ she’s had since launch to the 13 and the difference is astounding!! Tomorrow my iPhone 11 will be paid off and I will be upgrading mine to the 13 as well 👍🏻

@@daniseo5747 i got a 13 pro and tbh it’s not, IF you don’t have an old iphone to compare it with you. your eyes get used to the 120hz and after a few days you wouldn’t notice the fluid display unless you go back to 60hx
Rocking the iPhone 13 in midnight to be honest missing the telephoto lenses isn’t a huge deal for me! The battery life is absolutely wonderful, the feel is really nice, ceramic shield is really nice with durability, the OLED screen is very nice, my iPhone X was giving me headaches but now that issue isn’t there for me, I will say 5G makes the battery life pretty bad, but not too bad! I’m happy with my iPhone 13
If you’re truly interested in longer battery life just switch to LTE only in your cellular settings. Making your phone hunt for 5G while using extra battery to do so is not necessary. 5G still needs a couple years to become mainstream
Just upgraded from the 6s to the 13 and wow!!! Nothing like jumping ahead seven consecutive models to really appreciate the drastically improved overall quality. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I FINALLY took the plunge and upgraded my 7 to the 13 Pro. It is bigger than my 7 by a lot but the speed of this phone is LIGHTYEARS away from the 7. I felt like it was loading things before I even clicked on them. I watched 2.5 hours of a livestream and lost one percent. This is an insane phone.
I’ve had the iPhone 12 for a year now and it’s Fantastic, the cameras are great and the performance is still great and good battery life and won’t be upgrading til probably the iPhone 15. Love the videos Aaron!
I also have the 12 in purple I just got it November 16th but I’m wondering if I should try and get the 13? I do like the 12 but coming from the 11 pro max the size difference is taking some time to get used to 😭
I've decided to get the 13 instead of the pro because after watching reviews, I dont think I would ever need the extra features of the pro. The 13 is perfect for me. ❤
Watching this on a blue standard iPhone 13. I love it. I upgraded from an iPhone X so this is fantastic. I got a trade-in deal at T-Mobile that gave me the phone for free, so it’s a no brainer. Plus, I like the lighter weight of the standard 13. Best phone I’ve ever had. I’m not concerned about the better camera, and promotion isn’t a necessity.
I was kind of going to get the 13 pro but honestly I think the regular 8 to regular 13 will be a big enough jump for me I might just get the extra storage vs the better camera
iam on the regular 13 and so far its been great! Amazing battery life and cameras. Iam a sucker for displays so the 120hz on the pro was tempting me but at the end i figured its better to save some money. Really wish 120hz was for all the models though but i guess its a huge plus point to sell the pros.

Upgraded from iPhone 8 to iPhone 13 and a full month has pass, all I miss from the old phone is 3D touch. Definitely a very usefull feature that pressing harder an deeper is a lot faster than waiting for the animation to open more options when long pressing app and notifications. A major upgrade of screen and battery life, LCD to OLED and a degraded 85% battery health that very much makes me charge twice daily even if I'm just connected to wifi.
Personally I find the 13 pro better value this year. But obviously if you don’t care about having a better display or better camera then the regular 13 is still a good choice. Currently using the graphite 13 pro from launch day.
Aaron, I always have felt that buying the best you can manage is a good investment. I'm retired ,limited income, but I got the i phone 13 pro because this will handle anything including photography to hand down to our Child and Grandchildren There is not really much difference in price of similar models. Today 12 /5 , with the newest IOS upgrade, my scores were 1728-4875 and 14,560. When you buy Apple, you buy quality and less depreciation. Happy Christmas to you and your family. Currently have the 13 regular, but my second choice with my carrier ( T) was the flip 3 . Now that I’m with iPhone then I should of got the 13 pro because of what you stated about 6 ram and quicker compute but I would of made an unnecessary budget excessive money waste . Overall I’m liking my phone .

I currently have the 7 at the moment which has just become so slow and the battery probably lasts only an hour or so, and the screens cracked and I’m due an upgrade, I was going to go for the pro as I wanted the best I could get but seeing as there’s only a couple of differences between the 13 and pro then I think I’ll go with the 13 (plus with a nice colour too!) but this video has helped me make this decision so thank you! And this has earned u a new sub! ❤🎉
Just got the 13 Pro on Friday. Went with the smaller form factor after using a 12 PM for 9 months. The camera is amazing, just wish Apple could upgrade them from 12 MP. The macro is well worth it.
The 13 Pro Max is fantastic! The sierra blue is decent, but I wished there would be a midnight green or the pacific blue! The 1 TB should last a while! The 120 Hz and the battery: 👌🏻

I recently upgraded my 8 plus to the 13 pro max. Firstly, this is a significant upgrade for me. The 13 pro max performs quicker. The 13 pro max takes great pictures and video (when compared to the 8 plus). So far everything about this phone is great. I didn’t know that when you have 5g enabled, you can back up data to icloud over cellular data. The only con I have to mention is that the 13 pro max has caused me to have headaches. I found out that I wasn’t alone with this issue. It turns out that many people, including myself, are affected by the 120hz refresh rate. After going into settings and locking the refresh rate to a max of 60hz, this will prevent users/customers from experiencing headaches. This can be a major deal breaker for a lot of people since they spend lots of time looking at their mobile device. The other con is the annoying home bar at the bottom. If tou do a lot of screen shoting and screen recording, this will bug you. Unless you jailbreak your phone, there’s no “fix” to hide the home bar. It’s one of those things where you have to throw up your hands and be at the mercy of the manufacturer.
Congrats you have a great phone ,, May i suggest to use ur magsafe ,like a mount in car and a stand up magsafe mount at home ,, And also ur U1 chip you didnt have in older phone ,,,it absolutely works great for pin pointing things or even when out in public i put airtags in my grand children pockets one each child ,, 8 and 10 years old ,, Works amazing
@@robertf6409 Yup. The home bar will appear in every screen shot. The work around for this is to take your screen shot then crop it so that the home bar isn not visible.

I have had the Sierra Blue 13 Pro since launch day and it is fantastic! Easily the best iPhone, yet. If you’re wondering if this is the model to upgrade to, or if you’re considering switching to iPhone, this is the model to do it.
Went from an xr to a 13 I still use both and between the two the 13 is better to me but I’m still happy with the experience on both. However the battery life is amazing on the 13.
I am thinking about switching from IP10 to Iphone 13/13 pro, the question is whether it makes sense to add 300$ to the PRO version? What do you think ?
The wife and I just updated from xs and xs max to the 13 pro and pro max (256). Got $800 a piece trade in from AT&T. So far so good. Takes great pictures and videos. Better cell reception and battery life. 👍🏻 Plan on keeping these for at least 3 years just like our previous phones.
I am in the market. I currently have an iPhone XS. Want either the 13 or 13pro, listening to this, maybe the 13 is the way to go. Not a professional photographer but like to take photos when I travel. Plus a $200 difference. Tough choice
My best friend has an iPhone 13 Pro, and he let me use it, and that 120Hz display is amazing! It’s better than my iPhone 8. His whole family got the Sierra Blue 128GB. If I had the money I’d get an iPhone 13 Pro. Great video.
I have the 13 Pro and love it, my parents have the normal 13 and love theirs. I am really a tech person who cares about the extra features of the Pro, they are not. The 120hz is the real seller for me, once you have it you can't go back to 60 hz.
So I own laptops, tv’s and iPads with 60hz, is it smart for me to go for 13 pro, or will I get used to the 120hz and the rest of my devices with 60hz will feel poor?
what cases do you all use? For my rents i got one the Otterbox Defender Pro( although people say they have gone down in quality?) and Spiegen Tough Armour- but not sure what to get for myself yet, and i may return their cases if i research better one's super hard to pick. I want something rugged and a good gripe. Maybe Ghostek? ughhhh.
Does the iPhone 13 pro have any problems at all? I want to film vidros and I need a lot of space for them, but I also need a phone that will last me at least 4 years 😂😂 (mind you I am using a galaxy s6 for 6 years now)

I ordered the 13pro 128G and then canceled it for the regular 13- just due to the weight difference and even the people at Apple told me for the main camera there is no difference between the 2 cameras( for me I don't see the need in zooming and the macro lens to take super unclose shots). Also from asking a lot online everyone says if you get the 13 pro you should get the 256 GB if you plane to use the advanced camera features( i forget which features, i think it's to record in 4K?)..... I plan to get a mirrorless camera anyhow the next time i travel because while i do take alot of photos and video on my iPhone.... it's still nice to have a separate higher quality camera you know? Also, when u travel it's nice not to use up your iPhone battery by taking photos all the time on it.
iPhone 13 over the pro. I would say the 13 Pro is a viable choice with the 120hz, Pro Res/ Pro Motion, the extra gpu core (which is a negligible difference in overall performance) and the better battery life. But overall they’re so similar and in reality you’re not gonna be using the extra host of features to begin with like the Pro Res and Pro Motion. The only problem is I can’t justify spending an extra $200 over the normal 13 so really skip the 13 Pro and get the 13 instead 🤷🏻♀️
yeah man! it depends on the user for me iam not a camera/video guy neither do gaming or heavy usage to make use of the extra ram/gpu. Only thing tempting me was the brighter 120hz display. happy with my standard 13
another thing is unlocked models on the mini and regular are $30 more. but thats not on the pro models so the difference comes down to $170 if youre buying unlocked
unless you’re seriously intro photography or filming the pro isn’t worth it as the 13 still takes phenomenal photos and the 120hertz display is really cool but it isn’t worth it for the money. also the 13 offers more colors, doesn’t have as big of a camera bump, and weighs less
Simply, if it's an issue of storage then you go with the 13 Pro. I wanted a 1 TB model for a while and so, I decided to go with the Pro, as opposed to the pro max.

I'm considering an iPhone 13 Pro. I have a iPhone 12 with a cracked screen and I'm getting tired of staring at it. I'm still up in the air about having it repaired at the Apple Store, but the nearest Apple Store is a nearly 2 hour drive away. I've looked at several videos and trying to make a decision on repairing my existing phone, buying the iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro. I like the iPhone 13 Pro because I really enjoy taking high resolution pictures, but I don't use my camera very often as I have found with my iPhone 12. It's very much a tossup of what I should do.
I went from a 7 Plus to 13 Pro Max. I love it but definitely miss the Touch ID beings I still have to wear a mask all day and hate hate having to enter my passcode, whenever I want to use my phone.
Buy an Apple Watch. If you have an Apple Watch and wearing a mask, it will use the watch to unlock your phone and your MacBook. I love that feature so much.

battery life is not that different between the 13 and 13 pro. From all tests I have seen its aroud 30 mins of extra screen on time . In some cases the 13 even beats the 13 pro when cameras and games are used ( because 120hz games and the cameras take a bit of extra power)
Which one should I get? I currently have an Huawei Nova 5T with an LCD Display, 60Hz, Android and an okay camera. This would be my first iPhone and the one that im planning on having it for a long time. If you have any questions that helps making a decision please ask!
Using the 15 pro max. I had the 13 and loved it. Even after a year of use I only got to 96% battery health. I then had the 14 pro and after one year I was at 86% battery health. Thankfully my plan lets me jump to the next phone after one year. But anyway I had the blue 13 and it was actually a champ. I could definitely have seen myself using it for 2 years.

I had the IPhone 11 Pro Max and upgraded to the Regular Iphone 13.. I do prefer the Pro Max versions but there’s not much of a difference between 11 and 13…Regular iPhone 13 is amazing and I’m gonna keep it until I see a major change in the pro models
How much do you miss the bigger screen ? The only thing holding me back on getting the regular is the screen. 6.1 sounds small especially if you play games

I favor the 13 for wide angle and night mode. LOL I won’t be making videos for Utube. You don’t have to worry about competition from me.
I’m trying to decide if the next phone I get should be a pro model. I have a regular iPhone 12 right now, but I take a ton of pictures and videos, which I’d like a better camera for. I know I’ll need a storage upgrade anyhow, so the price range of the regular models will be getting close to being the same as the pros. I’ll most likely be waiting till the 15 comes out in fall ‘23 since my upgrade is in April of ‘23. The 14 probably wouldn’t be worth getting at that late stage lol.
