All the colors look like off shades of white, the matte black (mine) is the only real distinct color and looks super clean. Haven’t had a matte black color in a while. The finish on regular 15s I like more than the Pros actually.

I got the blue thinking it would be a pretty subtle pastel color, but it’s not. It’s white with maybe a little undertone of light blue. Not what I was expecting at all. Disappointed.

I was super confused between pink and black but since, pink wasn’t available so I bought the black one. And I think the black one will go much better with all the cases rather than the colored ones which are very particular. But I’m still confused and want to buy pink now. Help me please.

All the colors of the base model 15 are refreshingly subtle rather than smack in your face. The matte frosted back is elegant and premium and a welcome switch from the shiny material of previous models. Choosing a color was difficult but I got the blue. Initially wanted the green but it was out of stock so blue it was. Color preferences are purely subjective but here is my personal opinion of the colors after seeing them in the store and online: BLUE: Icy. Like a winter sky with snow beginning to fall. GREEN: Mint julep anyone? Or how about a dish of pistachio ice cream? Or maybe a walk in the woods during spring? YELLOW: Someone put too much cream in their tea or coffee. Just a faded yellow here and if you like a bold sunny yellow this isn’t for you. PINK: Yummy shade, like frosting on a cake. But it screams “teenage girls giggling at the mall” or Barbie fanatics. Still, it’s a lovely shade to be sure. BLACK: Funereal. Somber. Boring. Some think it’s elegant and understated though. My least favorite but I have to admit…the matte finish is really nice for a change. All in all, a very pleasing palette of colors, except for the black.

My thoughts on size: if I have to do hand gymnastics anyway, it's much better to go for the bigger size because hand gymnastics are actually easier on the bigger size than on the smaller size. Unfortunately, the smaller size is still not small enough to be one-handed, so why bother? The Plus has a big leap on battery and the screen size will actually come in handy in some of my specific use cases (portable MagSafe adapter for putting on a treadmill, for instance). As for the color, I really like all the colors but yellow, though I couldn't see myself running around with a pink phone. And, since the black is the first truly black phone since around the 7 Jet Black (or maybe the 8?) (this 15 looks amazing), I'm actually having the argument with myself that you said no one is having! :-) Black, or blue?
