I am always impressed with the apparent intention behind each and every composition and shot you take. I'm very much a "wander around and hope a good shot happens" kind of street photographer at this point. It's easy to watch these videos and think "I'd take great shots too with locations like these, or equipment like this" but the reality is that you are such a talent. Thats a long winded and weird way to say.. I love your stuff, and it's such a joy and inspiration to see how you work, even with a camera phone in this case. Much love from Richmond, Va.
Thank you! Genuinely. I really appreciate it! I have no doubt you could also do the same. I have been doing it a long time but I also find fault in my own work. So don’t be too hard on yourself. Something you might not like someone may love. So back yourself and your work 📸🙏
3:48 I just love the lines so much how they start on the top left, swirl around and into the lower right corner. And also the stairs coming up from below🔥
Incredible what modern day phones can do - but it just never will be the same as a camera, the feel, the look etc! Looking forward to the night version!
Great to see you back shooting in London! Great video on 15 Pro Max. A couple things - you mentioned speed of shot - pull shutter button to left to take quick sequential shots. Also, 2 additional “lenses” - press 1x for 28mm or 35mm crop lenses on the 48mm main - in addition to the 1x 24mm). The best to you and Roxanne!
im just now getting in photography ( I literately have no equipment except my iPhone and a tripod) and these videos are so cool. I watched one video and want to buy a camera and start learning how to edit. Love the videos!!
I'm trying to explore photography through my 15 pro max now while I can buy the a7IV that I'm in love with. Just want to say to you that you're an inspiration man, really good job. The fact you're able to produce this material with your phone makes me get out a shoot even more. I was wondering If do you recommend me to just shoot on RAW or maybe use portrait mode in highs f on people. Thanks
Thanks for sharing, just curious about the gopro, do you use a chest-mount? Doesn't it attract attention from the people surrounding you? Everytime I take my gopro on my backpack strap I get looks constantly, couldn't imagine with a chest mount plus an iphone 15 pro max.
Your POV and your works are always AMAZING ! You inspires and helps me a lot with your tips and your pictures. unfortunately I don’t have your beautiful Sony A7 😅 I shoot with my iPhone X Anyway, your presets are just wonderful ❤ thank you !
I’m new to photography and your videos are really inspiring for me to improve. I don’t have much for a camera setup but I was wondering if you could give any suggestions for a beginner?
Sam, awesome work as always ✌️ would love to see the same type of video but instead of photo could you do video? Not sure how heavily you use the phone for video integration into your work.
Not sure why but a silly idea came to mind(if they allow it)...a video like this, walking around and taking cool pics, but at the British Museum, or other similar places in london...feels like a video like that would come out pretty cool or super boring, no in between :D
Hello. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my settings but when I'm on Raw Max, the photos sometimes seem to be less sharp? Even with a tripod... Have you encountered that?
How can i upload those banger photos with my iphone 15 pro max in good and "sharp" quality to the instagram storys? With my samsung a52 i could just open a photo from my sony a7iii in the story and then save it. Then i took that saved photo and posted it in nearly the same quality that it was before. If i do the same with my new iphone the image quality in the story gets compressed and the details and sharpness are gone. Any idea how to post highest quality possible to ig storys?
Has anyone experiencing increased heart rate watching him hold the phone with no case. :-) I wonder how one can hold it without a case and not dropping it.
I assume it’s to do with sensors. I believe each lens has a different sensor. So they prioritise 1x as the “main” camera and the other two get smaller sensors. I assume it’s do with space.
Using the wider lens because it shows more of the image? Because the photo is taken with a phone does that mean 'portrait' is the default mode? Great for people with macular degeneration. Maybe we need square phones? 👍
