iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Plus are two phones that have gotten extremely similar and in this video, I will be comparing them to see which one is the better choice. #iphone15promax #iphone15 #iphone15pro
Personally I would pick up the 15 Plus. You get pretty much everything the Pro Max gets for a much lower price. Plus the 15 Plus is quite a bit lighter in the hand.
Unless you are really into photography and video making, the plus is the better pick. I was deciding on the plus or the pro max but I ended up going with the pro max because the cameras can do much more
@swiper5394 honestly, from the naked eye you can't really tell. Animations gets smoother with 120hz but you can't just really tell. If you buying something for 120hz on a phone, I wouldn't break the bank honestly.
Returned the 15 pro max and got the 15 plus. I don’t need a lot of the features that come with the pro versions, including 120Hz. Battery life is great, picture quality is great, and those are probably the two things I care about the most.
I did the same thing for the first time got the 15+ saved 500 bucks and could care less about the pro features… I love this 15+ it’s got amazing features cameras, great dynamic islands, great battery life is great. Size of the screen is great. Save yourself some cash.
@@vidpic8311thank you. I returned my 15 pro and got a plus. I was doubting my choice just today because pics are important for me. I will keep the plus and will not go for max
It is the only reason i am doubting. The 120hz display. I have an s21+ and i am really scared to change. The pro max really goes out of the way and 15 pro it is too small. I really don't know and the 120 hz it is the only reason that it is holding me to buy the 15 plus
I've had the 15 PLUS for 6 days, first time did NOT get a pro, save $500.00 and I just love this phone battery life is amazing 10 hours . . . speakers, dynamic island, weight, brightness, speed f'ing @amazing❤❤❤❤❤
I to have compared both over the last 2 weeks and I am going with the iPhone 15 plus 256 gig. The refresh rate and the extra camera lens is no big deal for me so I think the plus is a winner this year. Also another great video you did keep up the great work 👏🏻
good choice i did the same. tried the 128 gb pro (non max) and the 256 gb plus and i like the plus much better. much better battery and doesnt get hot asf like the pro
I came from the 14 pro max and now the 15 plus. Pretty much neck and neck. 15 plus has better camera. Longer battery life and it’s much much lighter. Love it
@@iwill_859 it's only a downgrade if you think it is. For me there is only lightweight for me, which is what I wanted a big screen phone without the 240g weight.. the rest feels almost the same.
@@Salty_Biscuitz88 should’ve went pro max, i did from the regular 14 pro which I’d consider noticeable but you technically went to the same phone with less features because it’s lighter 😵💫
I got the iPhone 15 Plus in the battery. Life is amazing. It charge up so fast less than 30 minutes and I watch movies and be on social media all day. I can leave the house and be gone all day. Don’t have to worry about bringing my charger or using someone else’s charger. I love it. It’s amazing.
iPhone 15 Plus is basically the iPhone 14 Pro Max without the pro features and a slightly better camera and USB-C and it's cheaper than the previous iPhone 14 Plus.
@@victorcupto407is the 15 plus camera really same as 13 pro max? I had the 13 pro max for a couple weeks and I liked the camera so will I be happy with the 15 plus camera? I only returned the 13 pro max because it was too heavy.
I used 15 plus for a week and upgraded to 15 pro max. From my experience 15+ is way better for value. 15 pro max does offer more things however 15+ can keep up with 99.5 percentage of all things every day people do so dollar to dollar value 15+ any day of the week, and to be honest You will not see any difference, unless you turn the phone and look at the camera
@@MissSmurfey the main cameras are almost the same. if you are a "pro" user then you know who you are... if you use the camera for day to day normal use - It's 95% the same... Apple might not activate certain features for certain models... based on my experience for my personal use, I did not see any difference.
The only thing that’s drawing me to the pro max is the new action button, plus I don’t plan on upgrading for a while so having that new upgraded tech will allow me to stay relevant type shit
i got the 15 pro this week and took it back and changed it out for the plus in 2 days lol. the pro (non max) battery was TERRIBLE and it DID get hot like people said. no issues with either battery or heating on the plus and the 60 haz doesnt bother me cuz i had to keep the pro @ 60 hz to keep it from getting hot anyways. plus was the move no brainer
Did you find the videos were smoother on the 15 pro max? Is the camera on the 15 plus same, worse or better than the 13 pro max? Also, the 15 Plus has a 6Gb Ram vs 8Gb ram in the pro max, did you find that the 15 plus lagged at all? I’m not a gamer, would I notice the difference in ram?
I wish they would up the hertz on the plus model as it’s the one in between the standard model and pro model, other than that.: nothing wrong with the plus model. I’ve had standard iPhones, pro iPhones and I’m currently upgrading to a plus iPhone.
Hello, first of all I have to praise your channel which is really great and very useful. But I have one question that I hope you will answer. I'm deciding to buy an iPhone 15 phone, but I'm in a dilemma about which would be the most suitable: I'm choosing between 15 pro and 15 pro max, or maybe you'd rather recommend an older model, say 14 pro or 14 pro max or 13 pro 13 pro max ? Hoping for an answer, I greet you very nicely.
Honestly they’re all extremely identical, if you’re planning on saving money, the 14 or 13 pro max will give you the same experience. In my years of testing iPhones they really don’t change (if you want the dynamic island notch, 14 pro max and up is fine)
A bit off topic but you can limit the refresh rate also on the pro models to 60hz go to settings then accessibility click on motion at the bottom you’ll see limit frame rate if you toggle that on refresh rate goes down to 60hz which could help improve battery life since the 120hz uses more power for those who didn’t know now ya know !
I was having a hard time deciding if I should buy the plus or pro max. Now after watching your video, I must say I have the answer. I will go with the plus. Additional features on the pro max is not that important to me. Not to mention, I will save some money too. 😂. Well thank you for sharing your thoughts and your great review. Until next time. Cheers!
I got the 15+ and I just love it save yourself the money who cares about the pro features really the camera pictures are amazing. The lightness is amazing. Battery life is amazing. Sound great and you $500 richer.
One thing that I never heard that matters is memory. Pro max starts with double the memory of the plus. 256GB vs 128GB on the plus. That’s why the cost is higher. We know Apple charges a premium for extra memory. The battery on the pro max is also superior with video play back and stream. So if you vlog or like to take videos in 4K get the pro max. If your chasing the pretty phone colors then get the plus
I would of course prefer the max, but not much justify the difference in price this year. I do wonder if I should go for the plus or pro though. With my carrier the plus is actually more expensive than the Pro. I am however a bit worried about battery on the Pro. I am not a power user but I do want it to last me a day, especially if I'm on the go.
The 15 Pro last as long as the old iPhone 11/12 Pro max used to last, you'll get about 8-10 hours of battery life with moderate use, to put into perspective the iPhone 15 plus is avtually the iPhone 14 Pro max but without the 120hz or any of the pro features
f@ck the pro first time I have not updated to the pro and I don’t miss one bit saved over five bucks. Don’t give a crap about 120hz who cares, millisecond difference really?
I just came from a 14 pro max to a 15 plus because my battery health started to dip drastically. It’s really not bad going back to 60hz like a lot of people said. You can notice it while scrolling fast but that’s it. The camera is actually way better on the 15 plus compared to the 14 pro max and ever the 15 pro max in some instances ironically
iPhone 15/15 Plus is literally iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max. Only difference regular 15/15 Plus don't have ProMotion display, always on display, no zoom lens, ProRes, and night potrait. Upgrading from iPhone XR, 11, 12, 13 are definitely worth the upgrade. For regular 14, might as well you just wait for 17 instead.
@@MissSmurfey the camera is okay not sure if it’s me or the phone but close up isn’t that great more blurry and needs sometimes several takes before satisfying compared to my Samsung flip 3
I would say if you’re coming from that 120hz display you can most definitely spot the difference. It’ll take some time adjusting, but eventually you’ll get used to it.
15 plus is still a great device for gaming. Yes 120hz can be a littbetter but most important are the skills u have, 120 hz won’t matter if u don’t hv skills
I got the plus because I didn’t need the pro features and I don’t care for the 120 refresh rate. Also I got a good deal with my cellphone company for the plus compared to the pro max which was another deciding factor.
@@MissSmurfey unlike most people who love taking pictures I do not. It’s rare for me to want to take one. With that being said from the few pictures that I’ve taken of my friends, they came out clear and crisp every time. I’m coming from the regular iPhone 13 and I see small improvements but not enough to make me upgrade just from camera alone
I have a iPhone 11 and I want to upgrade the main phones thath IV been looking is the 15 plus is a good phone i thing but since it has a a 16 and 6 go of ram there’s a thing that RU-vidrs don’t talk about and it is long time longevity since it has only 6 go of ram and an a 16 the iPhone 15 plus won’t get all the features of the iOS 18 and since I want a phone that lasts at least 5 years I am in a really hard situation because there is also the 16 coming and also I have only 800€ budget if anyone can help me with the decision will be really appreciated.
I thought plus was good but for me 6.7 is too big and for not big hands it hurts 😅(this is my experience) but I think bigger hands would find it good 😊
I don't make videos and I honestly can not, tell a difference between photos from phones from the last 5 years. The 15 plus would easily last me until the 16 plus then that phone will last me until the 20 plus. But i truly don't know why i want to get the pro so badly for. Maybe its just the name....
I have an iPhone pro max 11 what would you recommend upgrading to I do use camera a lot as I’m a singer and like to record for content? Thank you for any kind of help? 🙏🤍
