You made a good point about being able to access your phone through phone mirroring. If you own a MacBook as your mothership in the Apple ecosystem then this becomes a game changer. At work I no longer have to touch my phone through an 8 hour day. I get all my alerts from my iPhone popping up on my MacBook. I can answer everything on the MacBook. When you have a massive Apple ecosystem you’ll understand how well everything seamlessly works together. The Android colleagues at work get jealous as they can’t do anything like this. I actually kept my iPhone 15 Pro Max because it is compatible with Apple Intelligence. If you’re on anything under a 15 Pro, upgrade to the 16 Pro series.

It’s funny to see android users say Apple became more like android when the whole reason rcs came out is because iMessage was way better. Whole reason android got google assistant was cus Siri came out . Etc android is great and I switch back and forth but let’s be honest

What are you talking about? Whatsapp was here before RCS, only USians care about iMessage and RCS, the rest of the world barely knows what the alternatives are. And RCS was not created to compete with iMessage, was originally create to compete with Whatsapp as it was the default app in the whole world (outside USA). Btw, Google already had google voice search, that naturally evolved to Google now and finally became google assistant. It was a naturally evolution. But yeah, it's retroactive evolution, Apple pushed other brands as other brands pushed Apple to finally leave behind the 4" and now they are offering 6.9"... Who would know?

And not only 16 Pro Max, but 16 Pro as well.. I still cannot film any bright objects with 5x video zoom. The UI is freezing. Also, the pictures are horrible. I posted some of the foundings on my channel.

@@asianstud7 I did. During this time I spent most of my time improving my DSLR camera skills and building the kit. All the while smartphone cameras got better and better. The 4K/120 ProRes on the iPhone 16 Pro made the overdue decision to upgrade a no-brainer.

@@jdgoodwin3136 You should test your 16 pro's main camera sensor in a 30 sec exposure covering the lens without letting any light in, if there are blue lines. streaks pixels everywhere you have a fault main camera sensor and should replace the entire phone by apple before the 14 day return/replacement receipt. I have to visit Apple for my problem very soon.

If it had at least an always on display. I would’ve picked up the plus model. I need to see all of my notifications on the screen instead of always having to pick up the phone just to see if I have any missed calls etc. it’s also ridiculous how they say that always on display and a refresh screen are pro features. They’re software features. The problem is plain simple. They practically force the consumers to shed out more money than they have to. That’s quite shady my friend.

Always on display and 120Hz refresh are hardware features. The display driver built into the SoC on the 16 is different from the 16 Pro (static refresh vs. variable refresh). Also, the lack of variable refresh on the regular phones means that an always on display would be stuck at 60Hz all the time and would burn through the battery. The Pros drop the refresh rate to 1Hz to conserve power. The display controller is hardware, not software.

Just got my iPhone 16 Pro last week. Hopefully iOS18.0.1 could solve the toushscreen problem. Compared to iPhone 15 Pro, 16 Pro is definetely heavier. I am looking for a sim and light case for my new device, and the case you shared in the video is what I am looking for! Thanks for sharing, KJ!

I like the 16 Pro Max - I just feel like the extra width makes it feel too clumsy. That and Apple has failed to take advantage of the extra screen real estate (no split screen apps), even though the Pro Max range has been around for years now

You lost me when this video turned into a phone case advertisement. I turned on my add blocker for my RU-vid account. Now you video reviewers are putting the adds into the videos. Lame Apple will release Apple Intelligence will be released later in fall. Don’t use the camera button if you don’t like it. I’m burnt out on these same videos repeating the same thing over and over. iPhone 16ProMax is a great phone. I own both Apple and Android. iOS+Andriod❤

@@CallMeKJOS the iOS settings menu definitely needs an overhaul, it's way to messy and in places doesn't make sense 😁 android is more user friendly, especially on vanilla android devices

@@marksouthwell4490meh, i find android is a lot more messy in a way, theres too many folders in folders and its harder to find the setting you want to. Iphone keeps it simple. And i dont want to spend time to customise tiny details about my phone, its a waste of time. I think only teenagers have so much time & energy to waste on customization. Its unnecessary to me.

This year is modern smartphones from Samsung Google and Apple. Same design same camera just new software. The IPhone 16 is disappointing because it's like the s series back in the day plus Apple Intelligent coming out next year. Google takes the best pics Apple takes the best video and Samsung has more options. The Chinese smartphones this year are better also the compact phone are coming back. Also on the IPhone 16 pro has the same problem lens flare that Apple still do not fix. This is my smartphone of the year. Best compact phone: Pixel 9 or One Plus 12 Best battery life: IPhone 16 Pro Max or Samsung 24 Ultra Best software: Android on the Pixel phones. Phone of the Year: That is one's man opinion. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾✌🏽💯

well I mean... best software is undoubtedly iPhone since iPhone is the phone that changed the world because of its software... Theres nothing that compares. Software on iPhone is the most advanced of any smartphone. App development toolkits are superior on iPhone, RAM management on iPhone is far more advanced, battery management is also superior on iPhone which is how iPhone is able to compare with larger battery androids. The Android OS is only cool at customization and fidgety things but iPhone OS is the SOFTWARE that changed everything. And its still industry leading to this day.
