Is there any way to get the plastic transparent thing where the camera sits I lost it while fixing it a be now the camera losses focus I'm talking about the plastic thing that sits beetween the camaraderie and metal frame

No that’s the ear piece speaker, to hear calls. the microphone comes with the front facing camera and sensor assembly.

Does the front camera connector connect with the screen connectors? Like the 3 connectors and then the 4th small one at the side when lastly connecting the screen in?

+jayjayspider It's one of those. I can't remember which. It's easy to trace though. But yes it's right with those group of connectors.

i bought one part from ebay, after changing and starting up the iphone, it starts showing blue and red screen, then i replaced with the original one and it worked normally, do you have some advice?

It sounds like maybe the new part is faulty. I would try getting it replaced.
