So after replacing my camera on my iPhone 13 Pro I got these green lines in my OLED screen because I was a bit too harsh with the razor on the edge when pulling out the screen. I thought I could throw away my screen but then I found some videos with people heating up the bottom part of the screen with a lighter. I only could only find one or two videos supporting this but I had nothing to lose so I tried it myself and filmed it just in case.
So for ur info it definitely works but in my case I couldn’t remove the last line. In less severe cases you might be lucky enough to remove all the lines. Be very carful to not heat it up too much and do it in small steps. I noticed the lines disappeared after the screen went into dim mode.
