The display component is literally the exact same component from the iPhone 8. It has the hardware needed for 3D Touch, however the motherboard doesn't have the connection to use it if you replaced the SE cable with an iPhone 8 display ribbon cable

I got hit by a car yesterday. Tore both my legs up and flew to the pavement. When I looked to the left I seen my phone laying in the middle of the street and cars were running it over just passing me as I was incapacitated. People are scumbags. But this phone is awesome. No damage at all

Generally does fine, however if multiple impacts are received, the backglass will likely crack… Yes, I dropped mine off some CONCRETE stairs. Screen is great, camera lens was already fucked, backglass is now spiderwebbed.
