IPM IIM Indore - Programme Overview 

Five years feels like a blur when the program is as enriching as IPM is. All I can say is that I'm grateful for being part of such an amazing journey.

My heartfelt respect to this batch (IPM 2016) for their efforts to spread awareness about the program. I hope the legacy continues

Gosh! This is tempting....who would not be battling against each other (in aptitude test and interview) to get a life at iim Indore as an Ipm aspirant

This is a dream for every b school aspirant

Long story short, I was an admire of that college and IPM too till I got to know how much I have to invest. 3Lakhs Per Annum (1lakhs per semester / Trimester = 3x1= 3 Lakhs) During the BA Foundation Management it has 9 semester so { 9x1 = 9 lakhs + Hostel fees 25x3 = 75k + Mess fees = 45K x 3= 1lakhs 35 K} = 9+1.35+.75 = 11,10,000 (11 Lakhs 10 Thousand) In the second half 4th and 5th year (MBA) 1 semester = 2,20,000 so / 1 year consist of 3 semester/trimester so 2 years consist of 6 semester. Hence 2,20,000 x 6 = 13,20,00 ( 13 Lakhs 20 Thousand ) + Mess and Hostel fees of 25x2 = 50k + 45x2 = 90k ) = 13 Lakhs 20 thousand + 1 lakhs 40 thousand. So 4th and 5 th year will cost around 14 Lakhs 60 Thousand. If we calculate all the semesters than the ONLY Tution + Hostel +Mess Fees will be = 11 lakhs 10 thousand + 14 lakhs 60 thousand = 25 Lakhs 70 Thousand / 25,75,000 INR. (Forget about all the other expenses like flight tickets, pocket moeny and all). 25 Lakhs 70 K for a course is something I cant think about so you might understand why I quit the dream of mine. Note: Definitely , India is so full of rich people that they can easily send their kids here. Some engineering colleges like BITS VIT MIT charges double of this . Even Private medical colleges like KMC HIMSR DY Patil JSS charges triple of that for their MBBS couse. But still people go their graduate from their as well. Simple math.

A new home of mine

Ipm fees are very high, lets have a look into it- Tution fee- 4 lakhs per year, by including other charges it will reach about 4.5 lakhs. So for three years it will be 13.5 lakhs apprx. For next two years means pgp it will be 16 lakhs, including some other charges it will reach 18 lakhs apprx. So for 5 years it will be 32 lakhs apprx. And yeah let me remind you, if u wanna go for foreign exchange, the good news is that, the whole foreign exchange cost doesn't include in the above given fees, it will go extra from ur pocket. And yeah, it doesn't ends hear, if you want to payback loan in next 7-8 yrs, everyone pays in these duration because no one wants to marry by taking loan in their head😂😂, your total amount will be about 50 lakhs or more( P+ SI). Ok by god's grace by being a fresher u get CTC of 25 lakhs or less, lets assume. So by cutting variables and taxes, your monthly let be 1 lakh apprx., from which u will be giving 50k or more EMI that's great 😂. What I feel is that its a trap, rather in that price u could easily do mba from ABC. Where u would have better job profile and salary. And ya batch strength of iim indore during placement is about 550 aprx, that means tough competition, where ABC have about 450 apprx each. So u decide what to do. And yeah don't say that i don't know to calculate, everywhere i have taken estimate value, and i m 100% sure that it will not be less than that. 🙂🙂
