After listening to him,my conclusion is, Ipoa needs not only to be completely separate from other policing bodies but have prosecutorial teeth and be given priority in the courts. Kenya is actually a hair away from becoming a model African state
@@elishatotolela3843 they guy just said they’ve been denied prosecutorial powers and are helpless in furthering their investigations! In what world do the police fear IPOA considering the impunity we’re witnessing operating with??
Wanting and doing is two seperate things. The police in kenya are the "protector" the arrester and prosecutor they do the latter with passion if onw doesn't have money for "protection". Given money, they will "protect" lawbreakers
u seem unschooled.have you not heard the challanges they r facing in holding the officers to account?how shallow headed are you.......u police officer?
Because you don't know how it works, even some blame police department for not taking steps against officers , because you don't follow up on the case most discipline have been taken
HAKUNA KAZI YOYOTE HUYU MUTU HUFANYA. ANAKULA MSHAHARA YA BURE KABISA. USELESS. DISBAND THAT OFFICE IF YOU CANT GIVE ANY RESULTS AND YOU WILL NEVER GIVE
Mr waiganjo you should not behave like media whom never appreciate the tough job our police are doing right now persecuting your colleagues publicly is unfair communicate things internally you will work well for both teams
