This video is for people whose iPod does not charge - it is the first part of a miniseries on restoring and modifying a 3rd generation classic iPod from 2003.
In part 1, I explain how these Ipods seem broken and fail to charge when using normal USB cables, what exactly you need to charge them, and how you can test if your iPod works by charging it without having the proper FireWire charging cable, as well as how to swap the battery.
