EverythingApplePro wow, I like how you take time to reply to your viewers comments. Not every reviewer does that when He has a certain amount of followers. I use a Note 4 but I'm subscribed to your channel because you make great videos. Thanks for the reply ☺
XpertGamer me and my friend had a contest to see who could crack there iPod 4 and I threw mine once and it shattered but I won lol and now I have the iPod 6 gold
Yea it's luck, but when it does crack that one day for anyone. Like me, my reaction is like OH NO OH NO OH NO, then I see the screen, "crying for ever"
Me lol but I don't cringe well I only cringed when he dropped the iPod 6 cuz I want it to survive cuz i might get one this weak and I want it to b strong
Since I bought my 6th gen last year, finding a case and screen protector at this time in local stores are really difficult. I put it in my front pocket and it fell off face down when I sit on a chair. The screen survived, though the aluminium and the plastic edges got some minor dents just like what happened in the video. Never brought it outside until I got proper protection from online shops. Yep, just treat apple products extra carefully wether if it's your first one or not XD
I remember i screwed my 4th gen by dropping it in an otterbox on my patio.. the screen went almost completley white. Luckily it still worked, and i'm hoping to fix it one day.
A bit ago (before my iPhone 3GS stopped working fully) my dog pulled the charging wire and the phone flung nearly across the room and landed on the floor, not a dent or crack (though the charger lost about 3 weeks of its life time)
EverythingApplePro May I ask where you bought them for such a cheap price? I looked all over Amazon and none of them were that cheap and in good condition.
I remember when I had the iPod Touch 3G. But for some reason, mine never got the update where it would let you use background other than just black like your's.
***** It never updated because your iPod touch was the 2nd Generation. The 3rd Generation only came out in 32GB or 64GB. The 8GB was for the 2nd Generation which couldn't update past iOS 4.1.2 which was the last iOS without the background.
I was actually in physical pain when you dropped the iPod 5th gen. I happen to have one and treat it like the most fragile crystal ever made because I would probably go into a deep deep depression if it ever broke. Of course that's probably due to the fact that I'm a broke ass and can't afford to pay attention let alone replace a $150 item that was bought for me as a gift. :)
+Weasleys Weezer I treat my iPod 5 (and all my devices for that matter) the same way. Sometimes I can't understand how people treat all their devices as if they were Nokias, using them without a case etc.
Well yeah. If you take care of it, they will last a long time. Particularly the older ones. I got a second gen ipod touch in 2008 when it was new. Lol. Still have it and use it to this day. Planning on getting the 6th gen soon.
My iPod 5 is like bulletproof. I dropped it a bunch of times and no cracks or scratches at all. I also dropped it in the tub a week ago... Nothing happened but I fumbled to pick it up and had a heart attack when i dropped it.
Same!!! I dropped mine in water and down the stairs....I was tired and it slipped out of my hand. No cracks or scratches at all!!! And I didn't have a case on both times. 🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Piplup same for my ipod 4. I literally threw it against a wall (i raged or something, i don't remember) and it was just fine, even though it did hit the wall with the screen.
I am sure they will. iPod is great option for people looking for same power but without phone services and it is more affordable. Good for the kids also but we all know they only care about the phones to look cool.
I had the third generation iPod once, (i still have it but it ceases to power on since February 2019) and in 2016 I would say I was walking down to my dad's truck and it fell out of my hoodie pocket, fell about 4-6 feet and slammed into the curb next to the road. Needless to say, the screen was completely destroyed beyond the point of salvaging it. Man i had some good memories on that device, I wish I could still use it. luckily i did get a newer iPod, but I now use Android mainly
One reason why the screens on the older iPhones and iPods don't crack is because the screen is surrounded by something. So when u do a face down drop test on the older iPhones or iPods, the impact is not actually on the screen.
I had an iPod Touch 4th gen. I tripped out of my car and fell onto my friends driveway, with iPod in hand (which was like 2-3.5 feet off the ground) Left corner was shattered. I got another one 7 months later and it lasted me 2.5 years before I upgraded to iPhone 6. Not one crack in it, but to be fair, I had an otterbox on it :)
He said this: Nobody will read this, because nobody will understand. But I had the 5G I fell with in good hands and broke in a matter of seconds. My friends had the 4G fell from a height of approximately 1mtro and stop serving the Bluetooth WiFi and front camera. I think if you are very fragile but the 6G has come at a better time. It's just an opinion.
Just going to say that I have an iPod 5 and I've had it since I came out. I have drooped it down bleachers and its survived. I've honestly dropped it so many times. It has no cracks, just a little scratch.
Same i never used mine so I wanted to crack it I've thrown it to the ceiling and still won't crack till this day but I can drop my iPhone 6 off my 1 foot night stand and shatter wow Apple 😂
I do and iPod touch and iPhone are literally the same thing they're just smaller and you can't call but you still have FaceTime so stop being mean to the people who can only afford iPods!
I dropped my iPod 6from about a little bit lower than my waist (I'm 5' 1") the whole screen shattered (face down) we were able to sell it for 100$ and now here I am on a new iphine
