This Falcon BMS simulator video was recorded by the Flight Lead in a two-ship flight with a new Cadet in the #2 seat. (16 Apr 2021)
Initial Qualification Training (IQT) flights are entry level flights required by all new members of the 440th Virtual Fighter Wing (VFW). They are designed to evaluate and develop basic skillsets required in order to perform at a minimum standard realism level our Wing strives in our multi-player fighter combat missions.
IQT-1 is the first of 6 flights that evaluate/develop F-16 fighter v-pilot skills in flying formations, performing tac turns, standard communications, and introduction to the Wing's standard operating procedures.
