outch, before you posting this I reached 1:18.5 and thought it was good after learning the track instintively. Now I have more than 1 second to cut. Thanks again for the video. I am at aroung 1600 focusing on F. vee to learn and your laps always help a lot.

Folks - on the LAST corner, those little black hashes in the inside of the rumble strip will jump you beware

Well I had the funniest thing happen a short while ago. I logged in to a Vee race and went in to practice. As I was driving I saw you log in! I was so distracted, I spun and crashed lol.

I said the exact same thing in discord chat (which you’re always welcome in you know - it’s usually fairly busy every US evening and I think currently houses about 17 of the top 20 in the championship)

I do it at 133kph mate from 3rd to 4th and about 82kph 2nd to 3rd. It’s more the noise I go off now rather than lights.

Yeah they’re a bit tricky, on T2/3 it’s important to lift in 2 and get the heavy braking done in a straight line into T3

do you recommend the Vee over the 1600 for dipping my toes in the open wheeler category in rookies?

I personally do yeah. Looking at the participation stats each season, they’re roughly as popular as each other but the racing is much better in the Vee (certainly in the upper splits) as people can generally control the cars better and the draft bunches everyone up.
