Great comparison. You literally see the background change as you go along. They did a lot of work recent years, and I hope they bring it to an AMS2 level with current physics/realism. It's the sim racing dream for me.
Vegetation, crowds, objects around the track, it's all looking like PS2 era except the car models themselves, and some new tracks already look much better. I always wanted better graphics from the start I was playing, but there is just no other sim racing game that does the whole package better imo. It's the only hope to just see if iRacing upgrades their graphics. But as a lot of people have been commenting on me, it's more about physics to most players, so their priority is exactly right.
This is just one scenario, there are differences that can only be seen under the rain or in online/AI sessions (other cars and crowds). Certain differences like foliage can only be seen in recently added/updated tracks like Mugello or Spa
