when you do ovals try different lines on the straights stay near the wall and dive in you'll carry a lot more momentum out of the corner

The cars shown here are the old "Crapwagon" Indy cars. The current cars are not flat out at Texas during the race and call for proper setup and driving.

I wonder how the "best sim in the world' would let you drive with a car that much broken :D IRL I don't think it's possible to drive with 300 with front right wheel sitting at 45 degrees.

Reegal Beer pit stops, tire wear, fuel consumption... it has them all. Just not this race... but those with either 100 laps or 90 minutes race time.

Did you know you were racing with Isreali NASCAR driver Alon Day? He was AMAZING at the Mid-Ohio road course in the rain last year... In a car that (at the time) hadn't had manufacturer-support in four years.

I can't speak for the rest of the crowd but I enjoyed that video! Don't be so worried about getting back to F1 as well, whatever you think is the most fun you should record that. F1 is my favorite as well, but this was cool too. F1 in iRacing?

I play iRacing to and Road racing is alot more fun to watch/do. But on the other hand, i play iRacing to and Oval is exciting in terms of Crashes etc.

It's annoying seeing all the F1 fans hate Indy for the oval tracks. I never got why oval racing is hated outside or sometimes in the United States. Yeah the tracks are just left turns, but they have really close, fast, and exiting races. Road courses on the other hand do have twists, turns, and hills, but the cars can get spread out so easily and the race can become very predictable, especially with a non spec series like WEC, and F1. Also you oval haters need to understand that only 1/3 of the Indycar schedule is made up of ovals. Not to mention that the road races are pretty close even for a spec series. Indycar isn't such a " snooze fest" after all.

thought I would tell you, run the wheel offset at about -8 degrees, that way you can hold the wheel straight down the backstretch instead of having to hold the wheel right

I love your channel and though your commenting is good Indycar is just so not interesting to me, this is not criticism but purly for feedback. I totally understand you need to play other games beside F1 but this for me personally would not get me hooked =P. I can not come with any suggestions sadly but do what you think is fun obviously =).
