It would be a massive step if Iran could speed up it's nuclear weapons program. I don't like this act of being intimated by the West and Israel, that they remind people that they have nuclear weapons all the time and that people should bend to their demands and interests. Eaxh sovereign country has the right to self defense and it is in their own best interest to acquire the weapons that they need to adequately protect their own territorial borders.
