I’m from Kirkuk- Iraq and wish for people to experience not only the food but the warmth and hospitality of the people. Having said that, there is no more delicious and authentic food that Iraq’s food. ❤
Gena Paisa Love to Afghanistan from Iraq. We both have seen death, chaos, war etc. We have even the same enemies. But peace will one day come to our great countries.

What makes Iraqi kebab delicious and that special is the Iraqi meat itself, you can find that taste only in Iraq not anywhere in the world ! Thank you for this beautiful video :)
Amazing. They look absolutely delicious. Too bad and too sad Iraq is gone. Nothing is left of beloved Iraq. It died long time ago. Thanks to America, UK and Israel.
I always like middle eastern and North African food videos before watching, because I already know how delicious they are.. Keep the videos coming. Much love from New Zealand😊
@@dr.motogamer1667 عزيزي ..
I am Iraqi , yes this is Iraqi Kabab this is Baghdad style , thank you so much I am feeling hungry , just need for red summak and onion rings mixed together .
Unfortunately, it was way tastier and healthier before vegetable oil, GMOs and Cola got into the scene without most of Iraqis even knew what happened to their food.
Had some rice with the fried noodles left and was looking for something seems easy and the video besides the fact that no one speaks is good and quick explained. I love the stick they using. Great stuff
Havent been to the middle east but i have been to Kuala Lumpur which has a large middle eastern population. The city serves up some of the best food ive ever eaten ...... Malay satays, chinese food, Indian food but it was the middle eastern food that I loved the most. Kebabs in the middle of the night............yummmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ate the turkish version of kabab before and its good but the Iraqi kabab is much more delicious cause the meat is different and there is no way to copy and paste it
I ate Adana kebab in Turkey many times... it tastes good.. but Iraqi kebab is way better. by the way.. in this video the kebab is not authentic.. our kebab consists of lamb meat lamb fat onions salt ONLY
Originally, the word kebab is derived from the Sumerian word "Kababba". It's not Arab or Persian. Also, idiots who say that Iraq just spawned less than a hundred years ago should visit a fucking library.
very good kabab my family come to israel from bagdad in 1950. we eat iraqi kabab almost every week. we eat it with an iraqi bread and sumak but the real iraqi kabab contain only lamb and beef meat pasery onion black peper and solt. you should try it ones.. i try to add tomatoes to the kabab its interesting..
thats what we done.. try to put in it 2 spoon of amba souce its give you realy good taste some of the iraqi people do it here i make it "clean" like i say and eat kabab with amba and thini souce.
you can call it traditional bagdadi iraqi kabab from salama family israeli style. 1 kg fresh ribs of veal 350 gram of fresh "lia"(lamb best fat) 4 table spoon of ground black pepper 2.5 table spoon of solt. 1 bouquet of parsly 2 onions without the juice mix it all toghther at least 10 minuts and let it sit 1 day in fridge than mix it 2 minuts again and make the kabab i advise to you after you make them before you grill them to let them rest in fridge 30 minuts. put them on iraqi bread with tomato hot pepper and onion from the grill and amba and thini sauce..
Original kebab recipe made from beef meat mixed with lamb meat and lamb fat.with onions and salt and some flour that's it. After grill we put sumac and its ready to eat....i am from iraq ❤🇮🇶🇮🇶🇮🇶
