The problem is people go on the show and don't do any research on how much things cost. You can only buy stipped or economy cars for under $20,000 anymore but people still don't think of that when guessing prices.
She seemed to know the game (except for the $678 answer) but got way too frazzled by the midpoint. By the time she got to the car she was a wreck and had no chance.
