Thanks! Yes, the IWT (intermodal) liners are limited to 18 wagons due to limited space in the passing loops, and the timber trains are limited to 12. There were trial runs a while back with 24 intermodal wagons and 18 timber, however it never came to fruition unfortunately.
what are those level crossings called cuz most of them are identical to my local crossing in roscam with limerick 2800 trains and 22000 trains to dublin
Not sure what the exact numbers are but this is in Mayo so a fair while away from Galway anyway. Unfortunately we dont have ICR's down here at least on the Ballina branch line. Decent bit of freight though
