I used to watch their variety show all the time growing up and Irlene was my favorite. So talented and such a good personality. She rocked those drums on that show!
Michael. no I don't want to go back to the 70s. things happened . and I don't want to go back to the 80s either. I think I'll stay where I am and move forward.
did a show the other day running video and talked to her for about 30 minutes during rehearsal, had no idea who she was a as im only 23. such a nice and genuine lady had no idea that she was a well known musician!
The problem is fillers and injections in the cheek region. It's the first, "go to" thing that plastic surgeons use these days, and it leaves people looking artificial,..kind of like the face of a doll, which isn't really natural.
She looks quite beautiful. It’s just the poor people who complain about surgery because they can’t afford it. Nobody looks good with turkey waddles and wrinkles. Sorry just being honest.
I met Irlene too - when her daughter Vanessa introduced us. But YES, it's just SO important to remember that she's not the singer that her sisters are. So, despite Irlene being such a sweet lady and a pleasure to talk to, I should've pointed out to her that she can't sing. Right...
Why didnt she ever sing a solo? My mom used to say it was because she couldnt sing. My mom’s a jerk, but in this case she may have had a point. Has anyone ever heard Irlene singing solo? 😮
Once on the Mandrell Sisters show, they did a song called "Show Me;" I know it best by Donny & Marie Osmond. Irlene sang 1 line by herself. For the life of me, I haven't been able to find it on RU-vid.
@@angelafishburn7654 yes, i never saw it back in the day but it is on YT. Keep looking. I remember seeing irlene’s solo here on youtube. So funny…i wonder how many other people agree with you and me on this silly little tidbit of tv history. Haha. Hugs!!
