*Wife love how it cleans hardwood floors **MyBest.Tools** and ceramic floors especially pourous tiles.Only drawback is you have to disassemble it to clean. (Recommended)*
So far so good with this vacuum. ru-vid.comUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.
Thank you so much for this video. Such a thorough explanation. This will make life so much easier, as I integrate your thorough instructions and actions.!
I absolutely love my Roomba🌼 I had to look under my bed for house shoes the other day and it was pristine under there! You will be shocked at how much it picks up, even if you’ve already vacuumed in the past few hours. Mine goes every am at 9. It is amazing! I have 3 dogs and you would never know it.
I have that same Dyson vac, and trust me -- you do NOT want one. The reason is because it has a high/low power switch (low is almost useless, so of course you're going to always use it on "high"). But guess how long the battery lasts on the high setting? SIX MINUTES! Dyson advertises the run time as "up to 20 minutes", but that's on the LOW setting. On high, your run time is SIX minutes, so every time you use it, you feel like you're working against a stopwatch that's running down FAST.
@@DavidSGingras True, but the "low" setting is adequate for most daily cleaning. I used "max" here, because I was cleaning up small mountains of dirt. I really liked my V8! The new V11 is even better!
3:29 Yeap. Having a “square edge” does not mean it will do a better job. In fact the new roomba s9 has a very similar shape, but the brush is located in a better position. I wish someone did a video comparison of corner cleaning between the s9 and the Neato.
The navigation is excellent, and worry-free once your home is prepped to run a robot (tuck away wires and block items it can get stuck under). It shows the route it ran through your home on the iRobot app, which is pretty cool. I'm not sure if it remembers rooms, but it will frequently vacuum rooms in opposite ways, which is great for thorough cleaning.
Ty Tennessen the 985 isnt as ‘configurable’ as you’d think. It doesn’t come with home mapping, which sucks a bit. I wish i could ask it to go clean up a specific room, which is a feature in similarly priced robots. It does provide improved suction for carpets, and does not drag area rugs like other robots. It will stay on a grimy area like other roombas, and cleans pretty well. The rollers dont get tangled, which is an improvement. The wireless is cool, i can ask google home to start it, and calls for help through it too. It does not always return home to recharge, but when it does, it resumes cleaning when recharged. It comes with an e-fence, but it might as well be a paperweight. No use for it.
The 985 has a motor that is more powerful. When it goes on top of carpet it knows and it kicks the motor harder. iRobot calls it Power Boost. Also the 985 has something called Edge mode which means the robot will do more time cleaning the edges at the end. The 969 does not have any of those features.
The 985 is less expensive than the 980. When I got mine it was $499 at Costco. It's their cheapest model that I would consider very good, as it cleans a methodical, not random, pattern.
No-go zoning through an app is a great feature, but there is no way the Roborock cleans carpeting better than this roomba. My place is "robot ready," so I can run it when I'm not home without issues.
@@VacTech1 It's okay, can you just recommend a roomba model for me so I buy it for my new apt? There are way too many models out there, I just want a fucking vacuum lol
@@tommyv4980 Rooomba models 690, 980, 985, i7 series, and S9 series would be the models I would recommend. Neato is still my favorite robot brand though!
