This is exactly the kind of kettlebell channel I wanted to find as I get into them more. Thank you for taking the time to record and post. You're showing people that mentality is just as important as the workout itself.
That squat is not very deep. I’ve done this workout but with no rest in between sides and a much deeper squat. Of course if your knees are bad that might be as deep as you can go.
Good afternoon, friend, you are a true inspiration for all of us who want to achieve a great physique in a balanced way. Do you have any kettlebell exercise routines? I see that you mostly perform Snatch and Jerk. If there is a cost for these routines, what would be the payment method? Thanks in advance and greetings from Mexico.
Thanks man, it's was just a regular training session on a Thursday, nothing special. I didn't expect it to get any views at all when I uploaded it haha.
Recently found out about Iron Cardio, it looks like an awesome workout, but does it actually raise your heartrate and give a cardiovascular effect? To me it looks like pure muscle endurance work, which barely spikes my heartrate at all.
Yeah it's just the name of the workout. I do it once in a blue moon. I train for kettlebell sport, which DOES spike your heart rate and I run every week.
Excellent work @KettlebellAerobics - great focus and technique! To @OldNatty - I am old and natty and two-time Masters Tactical Strength Challenge Champion. @KettlebellAerobics has it right.
Thank you for the kind words sir! Two times TSC champion is an impressive achievement! I'm currently preparing for a kettlebell sport (GS) competition, but once that is over I might give the TSC a shot, such a great test of all around fitness!
I wish I could give you a better answer but it's just consistent work and incremental progression over time. A little more volume here, a little more density there... adds up over time.
There are some basic rules for strength training - different than for hypertroophy/endurance, try to listen huberman lab podcast with Andy Galpin, they are talking about basic concepts which is possible to adapt to KB training
