at the start i only watched iron chef dad shorts - the last few days i've been watching more of your full-concept videoes....... and i must say that Mr. iron chef dad seems like the funny uncle you wanna hang out with at the family reunion after 11 pm, drinking a glass of wine with while shareing funny stories from when he used to be ''top chef'' :) thanks for great content! :D

You know, considering how apparantly as far as legend says, potato chips have their origin from a restaurant, I would honestly love to see the Iron Chef make some gourmet fried chips.

I love your dad's views on food and cooking - it seems like he much prefers fresh, real flavors and ingredients, and using them in interesting and creative but balanced ways to create good dishes, and doesn't rely on excessive amounts of butter and fats to make everything taste good. I wish more food was like that.
My dad died when I was 20 and wish I had more time. I’m not Chinese 😆 ❤, but these videos with Susur always make me feel so happy in that way if you know what I mean. I love sursur so much.

I just noticed but his dad is also doing the same thing I do when I eat something for the first time. Like I basically use my tongue to fan the smell inside my mouth and out my nose. I'm no professional chef but I like to know the taste and smell of spices so I can create some combinations for when I cook for myself.
The Doritos Brand are coated in powdered milk from America, probably some of the others also. They use powdered milk as the powder that becomes the conduit for flavors.
