He made me cry in that part, I felt a lot of different sensations. I was surrounded by people and real harmony. Sometimes, I remember this and other scenes when I am sleeping and dreaming.

Steve Harris knew it well that whoever says what, Janick Gers is irreplaceable in the band. He always gives a unique feel & super melody to the Iron Maiden songs. Each of his writings, compositions and solos goes through the heart and surely come out to be a big hit! Harris is a genius and so he kept Gers even after Adrian's return. And here is the result! The lyricks of these Iron Maiden songs are quite the something like one of a kind thing, there aren't many better composers like that the Maiden has in their band making songs for them.
Iron Maiden made a stop in San Jose, for Father's Day June 2010 ( my first time seeing them and Dream Theater opened the show- THE PERFECT Father's Day gift for me! ). When it came time for Bruce to introduce " Blood Brothers, " he dedicated it to Ronnie James Dio, who had just passed away in May before Maiden came to California. When the band played the chorus to the song, the audience was so loud that at one point, during the rideout of the song, Bruce screamed " FOR RONNIE " and the response was beyond magical , incredible and POWERFUL. I had the biggest set of chills during the entire song but that ending really pushed the sound ( and the audience ) to the heavens. I will never forget it as long as I breathe. For those who think music is not a powerful force to reckon with, Iron Maiden will change your mind.

I dont care what you think is "the best band", but when you are in a confined space with Maiden, you dont want to be anywhere else. No other band gives me this feeling.

Fabulous comment. The hatred for Janick expressed by so called fans is borderline criminal. Some "fans" think he has outstayed his welcome and should leave now that Adrian is back, I mean this is the biggest pile of crap I have ever read on the subject. He has been a member of Iron Maiden for 28 years and his contributions are immeasurable.

This concert video came out when I was going through a rough time in my life. Brave New World was my first Maiden album growing up so seeing this reminded me that no matter what, Maiden would never let me down. That's the power of this band. Up the Irons forever \m/
