Seen these guys live in the RDS in dublin, was the first live gig I ever went to. Lets just say it blew the underpants straight off me. LONG LIVE MAIDEN!
Im so glad that this band is around in my era. I wish I couldve lived in the zepplin era and hendrix era as well. This is the last Heavy Metal Band Around. I used to think it was Metallica but they are movin to that nu metal stuff now and they are not the band i knew from the 80s and early 90s. Maiden Holds the Crown now. Up the IRONS!!!
This song is one of the most sentimental and beautiful songs maiden ever made, in my opinion, "Blood Brothers" is almost at the same level. But this song really has a perfect sound to it, probably because of the three guitarists they have, and the fact that everything is acoustic.
idk for yall but it seems that he puts so much emotions while signing and with wat i understand from the song, it almost makes me cry but idk it just fucks up in my head and make me think that ppl are more in trouble than me.
Best band in the world. Always will be, even when they're gone (which wont be for a fucking long time), this band will be remembered as the band that didnt give a sod what people thought about them, didnt give in to the corporate rock scene. They will always be remembered as how a rock band sound be: independent and downright awesome!
Takes a lot for a GERMAN crowd to start rocking out! Only a select few bands are capable of that. Most of the time, Germans just stand there and appreciate the music, not doing much else (something that they have both been praised and criticized for in the past) UP THE IRONS!
