🥷Here's my piano cover of "Hell on Earth" from the new Iron Maiden album "Senjutsu". I'm not sure about the album yet but this song is absolutely fantastic and everything a Maiden fan wants from the band :)

Convinced, if Maiden were around 200 years ago they would be remembered as one of the great historical composers.

Not really. Hasn't been any great composers since Bach, Beethoven and Mozart. Maiden's constant Em, C, D and occasionally Am and G chords, makes no impact in historical context.

@@rabarebra It doesn't have to be complex in order to be appreciated. And regarding your comment about "Great" composers: Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, and Dvorak directly come to mind.

It's very staccato-played. Check when the octaves in the melody are played together. It's hard to watch and listen to.

2:57 gives me the strongest goosebumps in the original version if they song. And this version just further highlights how incredible a piece of songwriting it is. Great cover, and fantastic work by Maiden.

I think these are the only two songs that are suitable for a full piano cover, but we’ll see :) But I have a couple of other Maiden piano videos that you could check out if you want!
