@@dmitry1844 every time you upload a video, youtube runs an app that searches for copyrighted sound. When it finds it, the audio is analyzed to determine if it's the original recording or a cover song. What happens next depends on what the owner has asked youtube to do. Most of the times the copyright owner will let you use the audio. On some cases there are more "severe" restrictions like muting your audio. On my Holy Diver video for example, youtube muted the audio and I had to remove the vocals to publish it. It depends on the song. In general, uploading without the original vocals is the safest way to go, at least without having severe copyright violations.
